We had a gas leak under our house which the team went out of their way to identify (after multiple others said there wasnt a leak). After they found the leak they worked all day without stopping to get the problem fixed. Cant recommend them enough!

AC ducting inspection seems to be a mystery industry. After getting stood up twice by Larry Vollmer without a call or text or apology I was very leary of anyone doing ducting inspections. Before Mike got out of his truck we were joking like old friends. He showed up on time -wow-but even before that I got a call from Adam confirming our appointment-wow again. Mike gave me as much valuable information as I could take in, considering I knew very little about AC ducting. Said our system was fine, didn't try to sell me anything-wow-. Showed me how to seal up any possible leaks at the ceiling, the product to use and better types of vents to replace my old ones -wow- all things I could do myself. By the time he left I felt like I owed him but -wow- this was a free service from Shafer. 3 thumbs up even though I only have 2, and 6 stars.
