Steve showed up for routine service on our AC/Furnace. Very thorough in his explanation of service to be completed and his findings. Explained and offered a standard service agreement which had several benefits which we felt would be helpful. No additional charges were added or suggested. Would highly recommend.
Steve came by to do an inspection and cleaning on our furnace and central air. We bought our home and needed to find a company close by with great reviews and that are reasonably priced. We're happy we found Keith Heating & Cooling. We even signed up as a member for 18 months. It seems like a great deal. Steve took his time and did and excellent job. Thanks guys
Last October our AC gave up. I had 4 different companies out for a diagnosis and quote. They ranged from $6000-$14000 for a 3.5t system. Keith was the second cheapest, but by far the most pleasant to deal with. I was harassed by phone calls and emails. Their tech Steve obviously loves his job and helping people. The day of the install, Mick was on time and ready to answer any questions I had. The arrived 8:15 and left before 12:45. You couldn’t even tell they were there, other than the house being cold. I would absolutely recommend Keith Heating and Cooling to all my neighbors.
Mick was kind, courteous and thorough. He made sure to turn all the lights out, and that the doors were all locked before he left. I highly recommend him and Keith’s furnace and air conditioning
Great service. Steve has been to our house a few times to service our old unit and help install our brand new one now and each time he has been professional, friendly and showed great knowledge and competence in the field.
Our experience was professional, informative and gave us exactly what we needed. We had a furnace installed after our old one bit the dust and our technicians Mick & Steve were great. They knew what they were doing, explained things to us as they were going and took care of our house, making sure to clean up after they were done. Highly recommend.

Our furnace is 14 yrs. old we've had the insurance on it since the first furnace check-up. The technicians are really great and the office personnel also. Jen and Courtney are very good at there jobs pleasure speaking to them. Our furnace has cost nothing for repairs with the insurance on it I recommend Keith for your needs and purchasing the insurance also.
Mitch came to our home today. Sent a message in advance with his picture. Arrived on time and was very pleasant to my entire family. That also means the dog. He seemed thorough ad when he completed his tasks, he told us what we could do to make the system last longer and some of the things that commonly go wrong. Very professional young man. Hope he comes back again next time.

We appreciated that Keith took the time to sit down and explain what was needed and why when our AC died. We had a quote from another company and they quoted us for a unit that wouldn't have even fit. The workers who replaced the unit worked all day and we're happy (and cooler) with the finished product.
