I called Brothers for a furnace sytem inspection and cleaning. A code violation with an AC condensation pump wiring was discovered and electrician, Jose, came, assessed the situation and installed the needed GFCI outlet box quickly. He was personable, professional, and prompt. I strongly recommend Jose for home electrical repairs and upgrades to code. Mark returned to complete the AC condensation pump and furnace igniter replacement. He finished the job and showed me his work. Furnace and AC back to normal functioning and now up to code. I will ask for Mark by name for future maintenance and repair.

This company and their employees provide VERY high quality services that I can depend on. They also give warranties on all their work. They are a little more expensive but it's worth the peace of mind. Highly recommend them.

Justin was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me find the best deal. The cost to fix the leak on my 15 year old toliet turned out to be the same cost of a new toliet installation. They were able to put in the new toliet in about an hour. Great work thank you Brothers!

The technician was Caleb I remembered but you don’t have him down as an option!!! Caleb was/is great!!! He was very professional and personable. He took the time to answer all my silly questions and didn’t think they were silly. He did a great job with the camera/video of my drain system. I now have an action plan - no offers issues only age - lol (drain wise). I always state this and mean it - Caleb deserves a huge raise!!! He and his assistant did a good job. He was able to get the restoration company to come out. However that Company did come out but we have not received a quote to do the restoration.

Representative was efficient, helpful, and offered lots of explanations for what he was doing.

I love Brothers. The are quick to respond, they do excellent work the right way. They are not in a hurry and dont make mistakes. One time I called about a collapsed sewer line. They got on the phone and helped me get it fixed for free when they could have done it themselves and charged me a huge bill. They have great integrity and are honest! I will use them every time!!!

Jay Lewallen-Owens was a great HVAC tech who was polite, efficient and proficient in his skill level. He was upfront with the cost, time frame for completion and the steps required to complete the work. He kept us informed as to each step in the process for replacing the hot water heater. The receptionists on the front end were courteous and witty and assured us that they could schedule the work to be completed the day of the call. I will certainly use this company again. Tech arrived almost at end of two hour window and didn’t seem too interested in wanting to do anything at that point. said I had two options which were to just watch it and see if I had more back up problems or they would have to snake it no prices were given and I chose just to wait and called back Brothers for another appointment earlier in the day and with someone who could give me more options and be willing to perform them . Zack at Brother's Plumbing provided exceptional customer service while performing a sprinkler system winterization. He arrived on time after providing a heads-up that he was on his way. He explained the process in detail and performed the service quickly and efficiently. He used shoe covers indoors and left the outdoor areas as he found them. Brother's Plumbing, Heating, and Electric replaced our 10 year old smoke detectors with new combination CO and Smoke Detectors and they did a fantastic job. They were done within an hour or so. The new detectors have a 10 year battery so you never need to replace the battery until you replace the detector. Jacob B. 10/29/18
