Both Heather and Evan were there for a overall home plumbing inspection. I had a lot of questions and they professionally handled all in great detail. They made several suggestions and provided some estimates upon request. Very thorough inspection.

Nate replaced our garbage disposal and did a great job. We asked questions about the repair and asked for information about water softeners. He explained everything very well and was pleasant to talk to. Thank you, Summers.

Technician was great. The problem was someone was supposed to come 1st thing this morning and this was the second scheduling to have air conditioning serviced.

Mike and Brad showed up when scheduled and installed a new A/C Unit. They were professional, efficient, and very meticulous. The installation looked very organized. Initially the A/C works very well. We anticipate getting many years of service from the A/C system. We are always happy with the Summers technicians who have worked on our heating and cooling systems. Don Bannon inspected and tuned up the furnace on December 1, 2021. He was thorough and explained everything to me. I called Summers Heating and Cooling with a follow-up question about some additional work he was planning and Don called me in a couple of days answering all my questions. Thanks for the good service. 12/30/2021 Don Returned with a replacement part and completed the follow-up work that he had planned. He was professional did a nice job completing the work in a short amount of time. He is friendly and makes me feel comfortable while he is working on my furnace. Thanks for taking good care of our heating. 3/21/2024 Cole Wilson came to our home after we called Summers to report that our furnace had quit. Cole came within an hour of the time that I called. He meticulously diagnosed the problem and remained here until he was sure the problem was resolved. Cole is very professional and answered our questions making sure we understood what had happened to the furnace. Thanks to Cole and Summers for good service once again. 11/11/2024 Megan came to our home to tune up and check out our furnace. She was professional and friendly and answered all of our questions. Once again, good care for our heating system was performed. 2/18/2025 Cole Wilson came to our home after we called Summers to report that our furnace had quit. Cole came right away and check out the furnace. He stayed until he was sure the furnace was operating properly and told me to call if there was any further problem. Cole is professional and friendly and we are very comfortable having him service our heating systems. Thanks again for the good service. 5/21/2025 Megan came to our home to perform the spring A/C tune-up. As before she was professional and friendly and answered all of our questions. It was another good job by Megan. 6/9/2026 Christian came to our home to perform the spring A/C tune-up. He was thorough in performing the tune-up and was professional and friendly. Good Job!
