Art always returned every phone call and email promptly. I appreciate how much time, effort, and importance he placed on our order. Thanks again to him and his Team for their professionalism and excellent job. For our experience with AIS Heating and Air Conditioning Company, I am extremely impressed with the technicians, Fausto and Abel. Before the installation, they communicated with us thoroughly, patiently listening to our needs and offering professional advice. They addressed the removal of an old Gas Furnace and replaced it with a new Heat pump system. They worked hard, climbing into the attic and crawling through tight spaces, and did an excellent job. Once the system was in place, they carefully explained to us how to operate it. They are very professional and knowledgeable about the Heat Pump system. The installation looks tidy, and they did a fantastic job cleaning the site. Thanks again for their hard work and excellent job. I would highly recommend them and the AIS Team to anyone interested in Heat Pump installation. The final Heat Pump installation exceeded our expectations. Awesome!
2025-10 The technician Kevin E. Was wonderful; he is polite, friendly, professional and customer oriented. He not only did a thorough inspection on my heating system and made some proper adjustments, he also spent a good amount of time helping me solve the connection problems from my phone to the nest thermostat. Great job, Kevin. 2025-04 I had my HVAC system installed by AIS 7 years ago, and the system has worked perfectly since then. We had some issues with the cooling recently and they were able to send the service technician next day. Zack is experienced and knowledgeable, and he he friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend AIS if you need service for your HVAC system.
Leon was on time reasonable price. My system is 40 years old. He didn’t try to push me to buy a new one just repaired but was wrong and they quickly manner.
Leon Peter was very professional courteous and friendly. Explained everything well I wasn’t supposed to have somebody come till tomorrow, but he was open and he was great.

I had a great experience with AIS HVAC. Leon was incredibly thorough during our maintenance appointment. He provided photos of my system and the ductwork under the house, along with a detailed performance report. He also gave clear recommendations for future enhancements and took the time to patiently answer all of my questions.
Fausto and Abel did a great job of installing the heat pump and air conditioning. They performed an excellent job, and very friendly to work with. They were able to managed up and down to our attic with the machine that were so heavy. Aron did a great job for inspection the units. He also helped out the setup for inspection. With the organize to setup the schedule from Genell, the installation was smoothly. Thank you all!
Very knowledgeable company and they make excellent recommendations on what to do and how to maintain HVAC systems. Just like a car, if we take care of these systems with regular maintenance they run better and more reliably. Appreciate Art Miner for his very professional assessment, recommendations and care!
I was very pleased with AIS's semi-annual service visit today. Zach showed up on time and only took about 30 minutes to complete his work. He inspected and serviced my heat pump, heat exchanger, and smart thermostat. He recommended adding surge protectors to the pump and exchange box and provided cost if I hired AIS to add them, but also provided the specifications if I chose to do it myself or hire an electrician. There was no pressure to use AIS. It was presented only as an option. I would highly recommend AIS for installation and service.
AIS is really great. On time, professional, great service, I will always use it and recommend it to my friends.

Daniel We have lived in this home for 14 years. We have never been happy with the heater that was replaced roughly 12 years ago under a home warranty. I had used AIS a couple years ago as the AC was not working well. The tech at the time who is now the owner I believe, helped us with the issue, which was minor. When the AC stopped working a month ago or so, I was so glad he had put up a sticker with his companie's info. as we were impressed with his work and honesty a couple of years ago. Thank you!
Leon Gabe arrived as scheduled and explained what he would be doing. He came back with a thorough report of his finding and offered recommendations for the AC unit and compressor. He performed a check of the air flow indoors. He was very friendly and efficient!

Miller's ended up ghosting me after failing to answer several basic questions about the system I was interested in (like price, comparing two different systems, etc.). I went with AIS in Fremont and they did an amazing job at removing and replacing our 1965 era ductwork and 1980s era AC and gas furnace with a modern heat pump and gas furnace. I highly recommend them.
Extremely professional and polite employees, including the office staff and the technicians. Also, the technicians clearly explain what they have done, and if anything else needs attention. It’s very easy to get an appointment with them as well.
They gave me a great price, put in equipment that is rated highly, especially my new pure air unit from Lennox that keeps my house super clean. Everything else is Bryant but the air scrubber is not. Highly recommend the company and their products. I also utilize their maintenance program so every yr they check everything out and make sure I am running perfectly. They also change my filters when needed.
The whole house breaker pops? Not just the one feeding the AC? That's not good. I'd say your first call should be to an AC company like AIS in Fremont (they just redid the heating and cooling in my house and are excellent and very fairly priced). They'll be able to check to see that the AC is running as expected (or not, as the case may be). Hopefully they'd be able to identify and repair the fault. If not, an electrician would be a good second call. I've heard good things about Voltz in Livermore but haven't had any person experience.
AIS is an excellent resource for heating and air conditioning. I've used them many times and will do so again.
We just had our entire system done by AIS in Fremont. They came recommended by a neighbor. I am very fussy about anything construction and the unit is amazing. They carry both Bryant and Lennox. We chose the Bryant because of the latest reviews. While we just retired a 25 yr old Lennox.we chose Bryant given current reviews and the added bonus was the Dollar difference.. The estimator is a neighbor also and lives in the SHPNA area. Ray did a great job and for what we got the price was right. We even went for the extra fancy hospital grade air purifier. It has 4" regular filter, plus 4 more of carbon fiber and a UV light system. Never had that kind of filtration although for the average house their 4" (rather than a little one inch filter) is adequeate. After this yrs allergies and as we age we decided to go heavy duty. Several people will come out (all for free) but I would stick with Ray. We went also with a two stage heater and ac which is more for the $ but overall saves you money in the end as if you only need a little heat or cooling the unit runs on the lower setting. We had several recommend companies out and the variance in price was as much as $5500 and that was without the fancy air. We have a two story and needed duct work so ours was higher than average anyway. During installation they sealed all the ducts etc with two stages of tape and a special compound that becomes harder than when initially used but assures a constant seal. Old person never did that.
