We’ve been part of their membership program since the very beginning, and it has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our home’s maintenance. We booked another maintenance service, and once again, the process was seamless. Scheduling is always fast and the office staff is incredibly kind. It was great to have our technician, Leon, back out again. Having that continuity with a tech who knows our system is a huge plus. As homeowners, we truly value Leon’s thoroughness and his ability to explain exactly what was checked on our AC. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and always happy to answer our questions. We were referred to AIS heating and Air conditioning by a friend and he wasn’t wrong with his recommendation. This will be our 4th service with them (regular maintenance) and every time it’s great. Scheduling an appointment was fast and simple. The receptionist was very kind and informative. Our appt had to be changed, but they called in advance to verify if it would still work. The appt day wasn’t changed, just the time which still worked out for us. Excellent communication on their part. On the day of the appointment, Leon, the tech, arrived on time and was very thorough. Leon was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. We’re new home owners so we really appreciated Leon’s knowledge and assistance with understanding various things related to our furnace. He was able to explain what was done, what was checked and we feel that he did a thorough job. Overall Leon did a great job and we’re really satisfied with the service as always.

Fausto and Abel did wonderful job. The gas furnace was installed with good quality work. They also sealed all the ducts openings and inspected the crawl space to make sure no leaks on ducts. Thanks you! Leon came in the following week to do quality check. Wiring and gas pressure are meeting spec target. Highly Recommend!

Art showed up five minutes early, did a comprehensive inspection, and suggested three options. He was very knowledgeable and gave approx prices for all options. I never felt pushed or bullied into choosing one option or configuration over others.

Art was here on time and reviewed what we have for a system. We talked about what we wanted and didn't want. He told us what the Bryant systems had to offer. He wrote up a quote and sent it to us.
