We had two water heaters replaced that were almost twenty years old but after several hours we still did not have hot water! A and M sent Scottie back out and he found the problem which had nothing to do with the water heaters! It took some time and investigation on Scotties part but he did find the problem! I loved how enthusiastic he was in finding the problem which was unique and not commonly found! As always their young men are polite and courteous. Great job!!!

I would definitely rate the A&M team EXCELLENT (5). I would double that rating to 10 for above and beyond professional service, action an caring. I collapsed during their service and they called 911 to transport me to Russell Medical Hospital emergency likely saving my life. They they called my wife, completed pumping my septic tank, unplugging sewer lines, cleaned the mess in my bathrooms and fed my dogs. It doesn't get better than that. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

They did a smoke test and found the plumbers who did the plumbing of our remodel did not put a P-trap on our ice maker. It was draining directly into the sewer line and gas was backing up causing smell.
