The entire team did a great job. Very knowledgeable and friendly and left my place just as they found it.
Tyler was very prompt. Performed the system check up. I signed up for the preventative maintenance program today.
As always David and Patrick(new technician)were on time. They went over what had been done and recommended that I repkace the capacitor. Better now than later. Nice to know rhey are always.keeping an eye on my outside unit. Very professional.
Tyler diagnosed a fixed issue. Also is going to call carrier tech support regarding 2 concerns I have.

I first want to say Nick got an A++. This morning your service provider, Nick Dow, did the initial system "check" for my HVAC. He is very professional, respectful, and truthful. I say this because as a single woman I have had some technicians come to my house that treated me as if, because I am a woman and older, I had not a clue as to what they were talking about and then try the "you need all these things done or else" approach. So when I knew that I needed a HVAC service, I asked friends for a reference. I had several say " I have Jakes, the best ever and they will not take advantage. So true. One thing that I learned in my career and I believe it still to be true: the attitude and work ethic of employees start at the top of the organization.
