Our thermostat had tripped shutting off our HVAC system in our vacation home. Nick came out promptly, diagnosed the problem, checked all systems and reset the thermostat making the appropriate changes to the settings to avoid this problem in the future. Puts our mind at ease with great service only a call away.

He was professional and very helpful installing my thermostat. He explained the schedules that he had already preloaded and gave me a short overview of its controls and functions.
He was on time, explained the issues and the cost prior to completing the service and what the follow up service (leak detection) would cost
Nick was prompt and explained everything to me on the steps he took to solve our issue. We now have a vibration noise coming from the unit but the team at Jake's is handling it and they are coming back out today. Great customer service!

I first want to say Nick got an A++. This morning your service provider, Nick Dow, did the initial system "check" for my HVAC. He is very professional, respectful, and truthful. I say this because as a single woman I have had some technicians come to my house that treated me as if, because I am a woman and older, I had not a clue as to what they were talking about and then try the "you need all these things done or else" approach. So when I knew that I needed a HVAC service, I asked friends for a reference. I had several say " I have Jakes, the best ever and they will not take advantage. So true. One thing that I learned in my career and I believe it still to be true: the attitude and work ethic of employees start at the top of the organization.
