Multiple Service Technicians from Jake’s were involved with repairing my HVAC system. They were all very good and friendly doing their part of the job. The Service Manager Tyler worked especially hard coordinating with the equipment manufacturer and Warranty to solve problems and expedite the repair of my A/C system. In addition, the original labor quote was honored even after there was considerable extra work due to various complications. Jake’s will remain my preferred and go-to Heat and Air Company!!!

September 3, 2024, David Stroud from Jake's gave the HVAC system at our new house a thorough checking. He inspected all the components. Everything is working as it should be. I feel confident that David did a great job. July 1, 2024, Jake's installed a new through wall unit for our little efficiency condo. They were on time and cleaned up quite well after they finished. We trust and rely on Jake's. April 5, 2021, Jake's installed new coastal compressor and air handler. They were on time and worked quickly. The new system was installed in 1 short day. Our Ecobee thermostat, which Jake's had installed previously, apparently had to be adjusted in an odd way. Just like when they installed the Ecobee originally, and it didn't work, we had to call Jake's to come back out to fix their mistake. Nick Dow came out and fixed it right away. We just wished it had worked correctly without having to make a second call. Again. We have been customers of Jake's for over 8 years. We have always found them to be professional, prompt, and courteous. We do recommend them. Thanks, Jake's.

Jake’s did a duct and vent cleaning for us one day and the next day came and installed a new heat pump system and added an air return and new thermostat. Work was done very professionally. The guys worked together as a team and were very personable. They also cleaned up while working and after they finished. I would highly recommend Jake’s. Also the person who came to give an estimate took his time. He was thorough and explained everything to us and was not pushy. We are extremely satisfied.

Very polite and professional. Technician diagnosed an existing problem and made an adjustment for the A/C to continue functioning until necessary parts could be ordered to fix the existing problem. During the past 24 years we have been extremely pleased with each employee sent to check the condition of the A/C - Heat pump.

Everett was wonderful; he is very personable, knowledgeable, and professional! But someone was supposed to have left him a note to bring one and an eighth pipe insulation and put it on both systems in the attic. He didn’t seem to know about it.

I first want to say Nick got an A++. This morning your service provider, Nick Dow, did the initial system "check" for my HVAC. He is very professional, respectful, and truthful. I say this because as a single woman I have had some technicians come to my house that treated me as if, because I am a woman and older, I had not a clue as to what they were talking about and then try the "you need all these things done or else" approach.
