Jason, the comfort consultant, answered my questions in detail and listened to what I was looking for in a new AC. He was honest and when I said I'd like to do this he explained why it wouldn't work or be in my best interest. He sent me quotes the next day and I selected the unit that I felt was best for my home. I priced AC with 2 other companies and the value offered by ASTAR, who uses Lenox, was by far my best option and reasonably priced. Kent and Jason, the install technicians, were professional and friendly and answered all of my questions about the new unit. I give ASTAR 5 stars!
Danny Reyes did an excellent job at servicing my boiler. He figured out the issue repaired it and did it all neatly in a timely manner. His personality was refreshing, he is an asset to the Astar family.
