Scheduling was super convenient - I left a message and Astar called me back almost immediately with a tech available at my requested time. Luis showed up when he was supposed to (with a half hour advance notice), immediately identified the problem, fixed the problem, and was very polite and personable throughout. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Had a different service for a plumbing issue (unrelated) and was just as pleased. Technician was super efficient, friendly, and solved my issues.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dimitri Lamancusa from Astar, and I must say his service exceeded all expectations. Dimitri's professionalism, courtesy, and tech-savvy skills were truly impressive. He serviced my HVAC system and swapped out the thermostat efficiently. What stood out the most was his willingness to go above and beyond by thoroughly explaining how to use the new thermostat, making it easy for me to understand. Dimitri's respectful and polite demeanor made me feel valued as a customer. I will give him a solid 10 stars if permitted. I highly recommend Astar to everyone, especially older individuals and women making household decisions. There were two technicians today. They were very accommodating and answered all of my questions about my situation. A Job Well Done

Updated 8/24:25. Do not waste your time or money with this company. They are predatory, dishonest, and only interested in draining every dollar they can from their customers. They upsell nonstop, lie about what they provide, and advertise services they cannot deliver ike “emergency plumbing.” After a new installation (which was clearly done improperly), I had an emergency and called for help. They ignored my 3 calls completely but had no issue taking $50,000. To be clear, they are NOT a repair company. All they do is push sales and installations, then disappear when problems arise. And let’s not forget, they pressure their customers to write positive reviews. And don’t even get me started on their new AI service and call center that is absolute trash. Stay far, far away.

I was having issues with the air handler for my AC unit and couldn’t not figure out why. ASTAR came out quickly and addressed it - when the issue kept persisting Danny came back out and figured out what was going on so that we could properly address it. He was able to explain to me thoroughly what was going on so that we could avoid it in the future. Very appreciative of their service. All of their technicians were always on time, polite, knowledgeable and professional... including the woman who answers phones in their office. I will continue to use them and highly recommend them to others for HVAC service/maintenance or repairs.

We are new to owning our home and had a small leak in the basement. We called ASTAR and they sent us Jordan, who we couldn’t have asked for a better technician. He was so knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He gave us information on how to maintain our system and even explained their maintenance plan to us.
