Erik was very professional and did an extremely thorough job. Even went above and beyond and sprayed a wasp nest that had made home in our air conditioning unit and offered to change the batteries in our programmable thermostat. Also showed pictures and explained what he did to our a/c unit. Very pleased with his work.

I had such a wonderful experience with Kearns Mechanical! My 4 year old AC unit installed by a different company failed. Greg worked to track down a supplier to get the part that failed ordered under the original warranty. Olivia was very responsive to all my texts when I requested updates. Diane was very quick with the billing process, and Andrew, my technician, was phenomenal! He was very courteous of my home, kind, competent, and thorough with the install. He even noticed that the bolts securing the unit to the base were looser than he was comfortable with, so he came back the next day with new bolts to secure it better. They were even $800 cheaper than the first company I received a quote from! I will definitely be recommending Kearns Mechanical to my friends and family. Thank you all!
