My ongoing problem was fixed and during the process I was kept up to date on getting the parts and scheduling the time to install the parts. The cost of the additional part wasn't included in the original price, but they honor the original price anyway. I am going to cancel my current heating and cooling contract and sign up with Cullins One hour heating and cooling. My current contractor did not service the heat pump in the sunroom and left me on my own to find someone. So much for them.
