Terry Teruo & Terrance did a wonderful job in our attic. We had several water leaks. They took out the old copper & replaced it with Pex. They both were very professional & cared about what they were doing. Thank you again Terry & Terrance on a wonderful job! Very happy!

Daniel did not initiate this work order but was available the next day to start the replacement primary water line project. All work was done as quickly as expected. Since trenching was involved a separate crew (Gary) came on-site and dug the trench and did the piping distribution. Daniel did the terminations and plumbing connections. All of the on-site personel worked together as a team and completed this repair without issue. All city permits were pulled and inspections happened on day 2. The effort of everyone was greatly appreciated. I will use Abacus for all my plumbing issues. I have been a customer for 3 years and have used them on multiple repairs and preventative maintenance.

Our plumber arrived right on time and was very friendly and courteous. He was coming to work on our hot water heater that we thought was not working but he found out that there was nothing wrong with it. We had been wrong . Well needless to say that was good news and he was honest and did not charge us for coming.to our house. He could have taken advantage of us but thankfully he did not. Brett did an outstanding job completing our new bathroom tub and shower!! The attention to detail and neatness was impressive. Even when the spigot was defective out of the box, he made sure to allow time to replace it and returned to complete the job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRETT!!

Josh did a wonderful job. He was courteous and on time. He called out the digging crew to assess the problem and stayed here until the repairs were done and the job was completed. The estimate was reasonable, and the repair was done efficiently. The digging crew, (Gary, Thomas and Nestor )did a fabulous job protecting my shrubs so no plants had to be removed. The mud that had to be dug up was put on plastic so as not to dirty my grass or steppingstones. The cleanup was so well done you would never know anyone was here repairing a broken pipe next to my slab. The job was done with honesty, integrity and teamwork; I value all of those qualities in a company I do business with. I will definitely keep Abacus as my "go to plumbing company" in the future. Stephen was a pleasure to deal with and very professional. After clearing the line, he tested the drain several times to ensure everything was working properly. He also made sure the area was cleaned up (you would have never known he was there). I wouldn’t hesitate using Stephen again.

Joe was fantastic! He was very thorough and patient with my many questions. They completed the job in a timely manner. Douglas was also awesome. I have a lot of trust in Abacus because of people like Joe and Douglas.

I got quotes from 4 different companies. Alfredo was personable and professional. He was honest about the work and cost of the work and did not try to sell me on things I didn’t need. He was there for my interests. I am very picky and bid out most of my work through several contractors on all major and minor work. I highly recommend these guys and I don’t give that praise often as I am very skeptical and hard to please.

Anthony was great. Super nice and friendly. Explained everything well and worked very hard in the heat. Made sure we were happy with the work and ran us through each piece he installed and made sure we understood everything

The whole experience was great. I knew exactly what could be coming for the project in a best case to worst case scenario which helped me choose abacus. Since I knew all the options. Thomas's knowledge was reassuring and he went above and beyond to show me the issues with my plumbing when it ended up being the worst case scenario. However I still consider it money well spent since he did the work that I trust.

Eddy was professional and enthusiastic from the start and also wore his shoe covers when necessary. He actually found the leak/issue at this appointment. I commend his expertise. Please extend a lunch or bonus for him as it is well deserved. He had to work in the pitch black dark and please ensure to supply your employees with adequate lighting going forward.

I called to schedule an A/C tune-up, and Abacus was able to schedule a technician for the very next day. Brendon came out to perform the maintenance early the next morning, and he was thorough with inspecting our HVAC system and A/C unit. He found an issue that was causing the temperature in the home to increase during the hottest part of the day, and was able to replace the needed part right away. Brendon was friendly and explained the technical things very well to us. Very satisfied with the quick service and knowledgeable technician - we appreciated the quick tune-up to get us through the Texas heat!

Anthony and his apprentice Landon did a great job! They worked outside for hours in 105 degree heat to get my air conditioner going again. Through it all they kept a great attitude. The ac has been working well since. I'm very appreciative of their hard work.

Raul came to my house on Saturday to install a furnace etc.. he was on time.. very courteous.. professional.. worked very hard in this Texas heat! He explained everything to me in a manner to were i could understand.. he answered all questions i had.. he cleaned up after himself and just went above and beyond! Dispatch called ahead to confirm the time when the electrician would be sent out, along with the electrician's name. Electrician came out on time, with a fully stocked vehicle that had all the tools he needed. Prior to the work, the electrician outlined the scope of what was required and the cost in a clear and transparent manner.

We recently discovered that our old water heaters were leaking and on the verge of failing, so after doing some quick research, we found Abacus. Jair appeared on time and eager to help. He was utterly professional and my wife and I were amazed at the hard work, craftsmanship and care he and his assistant, Jesse, put into the work. To say these guys are good is an understatement: these guys are the BEST you can get. I strongly recommend Abacus and Jair if you need anything plumbing related.

Your company replaced our entire AC system 2 years ago. We had a clog in our kitchen sink this past week. My husband immediately said, call Abacus, because I trust them. After other assessments, your staff found serious issues with sewage system. In addition, I had Bob assess our old water heater we've had since 2005, while they assessing our other issues. After much discussion with your staff, we deciding to fix the sewage issue and replace the water heater, too. Your team was extremely efficient and thorough. Next thing we knew, a large crew showed up at different times of day and got everything fixed seamlessly. Thank You. Bob, Samuel, Miguel, Ceasar, Brett, Saul, the 2 men from JC Excavation (who btw, returned the lawn to its original form), the roofer, Heriberto. most efficient group we have ever dealt with...pleasant bunch of guys, too. I needed a plumbing service very badly that time with my clogged kitchen sink, within an hour, Aaron, the service technician that came out was wonderful! They got straight to work and cleared everything out and made sure the sink is fixed and then cleaned everything up! We will definitely be calling Abacus services for future projects!

We have used ABACUS for many years for our plumbing and HVAC needs. We have found them to be efficient, professional, and honest. We have had Mr. Garcia, a plumber, do work more than once. He is personable and explains clearly what needs to be done. He leaves his work area clean and neat. We intend to ask for him by name in the future.
