Called Black Diamond at 3 a.m. when furnace shut down on a cold, winter night. Aaron W. was here at 5 a.m. to get it going again. What a fine young man. Very personable and very knowledgeable. We will be switching over to their maintenance club soon.

I cannot say enough on how cordial and professional Black diamond plumbing is!!!! I had some plumbing emergencies come up at my work place and gave them a call. You get a text from the service tech who will be providing assistance with a picture for identification. While their techs were on-site they were very cordial to our staff and residents, always making sure to avoid taking more space than needed while working and minding their equipment so as not to cause any damage or injury to our staff and residents. The biggest thing is that the techs were ALWAYS insisting on cleaning up after themselves which is unheard of as I've dealt with different companies with plumbing emergencies not a single one cared about cleaning the site once they were done and this just shows the dedication to full customer care black diamond and its techs provide time and time again. I once again don't have enough words to express how great and supremely responsible black diamond is as a whole. You won't go wrong if you use them for your plumbing needs!!!!!!!

Black Diamond Technician Quickly found the problem with the heating system and then thoroughly found the problem and did a complete job on maintenance. I feel very secure that our heating system will work great far into the future!

Since we started using the services of Black Diamond 6 years ago we were never disappointed. I love how they take care of EVERYTHING in your home - even your floors by having clean shoes when entering your home or taking their trash with them. And of course they always do an awsome job!
