Alberto came out to look at my AC unit which wasn't cooling. He found the problem and clearly explained my options. He was very professional and extremely courteous. I wanted an estimate for a new AC system, and only managers do that, so Alberto called and arranged for a manager to come out the same day and take a look. Joe came and was also very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He gave me a list of different options and was very accommodating regarding my schedule and making the appointment for installation at a time that worked for me. On the day of installation, he came along with the technicians to oversee the start of the job and answer any questions my husband and I had. He even answered questions about the 2nd AC unit we have that was working and not being replaced. The technicians were finished with the job in less time than we had anticipated, and everything was neatly done. I would definitely use Universal again.

It was thanksgiving and we had a sewage problem. We called Universal who said they would have someone over soon. John showed up and was very knowledgeable and nice. He ran a line 75 feet to the main source and found it was not blocked. He checked the manhole cover and it looked like it was a city problem. The city wasnt much help but the problem fixed itself in another day. John called a couple more times to check on us and was willing to come back and do what he could. He was terrific.
