TSS is awesome! Aaron was by far the best service/repair person Ive encountered. Multiple times now Aaron has helped us with heating and air emergencies and hes there in less than a day and already knows what needs to be done. Instead of just fixing the issue; today was our AC unit, he went through everything and made sure our AC unit was clean, filters were replaced and we were aware of what service/maintenance we need to make sure happens to extend the life of our system. When faced with the unpleasant reality that your old HVAC system needs replacing, I highly recommend using TSS Home Comfort. I experienced a very informative, prompt, and courteous crew at TSS from the manager to the receptionist to the installer(s). Their honesty is probably the number one factor in my recommendation-they painted a detailed picture of the pros and cons of the high end vs value systems and didn't try to upsell. That is much appreciated. The second reason for my strong recommendation is how quickly they tested, tried to repair, and then install a new system. It was winter, so minimizing the time without heat was very important. Before choosing another company, do yourself a favor and talk to TSS!
Arrived right on time. Diagnosed the issue,told me what the solution was and got the part ordered. Got us up and running for the time being until he can return with the part. He is a professional, pleasant and did a great job!
Our AC stopped working and when we spoke with them at about 4:30pm they sent someone out right away and took care of the problem same day instead of scheduling for the following day.
When our AC system failed, Aaron did an excellent job explaining our options and helping us through the situation. Great customer service! We highly recommend TSS Home Comfort.
Our twenty-five year old HVAC system was in need of replacement. I contacted TSS home Comfort and Robin arrived to provide us with an estimate. He measured our house and all of the windows an gave us a written estimate. He took the time to explain the ratings for the AC and the gas furnace. Robins estimate was VERY competitive with two other estimates that I received. I had a few questions the next day and contacted TSS and Robin returned my call within an hour. We decided to have TSS replace our system and called and talked to Carolyn and she scheduled us within two days! Aaron, Zack, and Philip arrived on time (they called letting us know that they were on their way) with everything that they needed to complete the installation and went right to work. During the installation I had a few questions and all three of them happily took the time to answer them. All three of them were very professional but also very friendly. I commented that they were having too good of a time working. Upon completion Aaron spent time with us describing operation of the system and said if we had ANY questions to please give them a call. We were so impressed with their installation we signed up for their yearly maintenance program. I know this is a long review but to give a short review without details wouldn't be fair to TSS or their employees.
Not only did Aaron come out, but Zack, Phillip,, and Rob all came to our home when we were in desperate need of an A/C repair. Rob diagnosed our situation. He was able to come out the next day, where other places had us scheduled 3 weeks out AND BE $5000 MORE EXPENSIVE!!!After discovering our unit was on its very last leg, Rob explained to us that indeed it needed replaced. TSS Home Comfort was able to come in with Zack, Aaron and Phillip the very next morning and start installing. Once I knew that, I put water bottles in the freezer so they'd have ice cold water. Let them do what they needed to do. Our home was hotter inside than out. Working remote from home, it was only miserable for a few hours. Our dogs loved the guys too. They don't like just anyone. This company is full of integrity, honest and has a great warranty and service plan. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!!!

Aaron was quick to come out in our recent snow storm to diagnose a failed furnace. Damage from a malfunctioning humidifier was too great to resuscitate, but he got it to make it two more days until we could replace the furnace and A/C. He and Matt replaced the furnace, and corrected the wrongs that the original builder left and the previous owner ignored. Thank you guys. You are aces.
