Mario, Jeremy, and Cesar came to move our furniture after a flooring installation. They were very respectful of our walls and doorways. They made sure everything was put back exactly where we had them.

Excellent work from Eric on the mitigation side — prompt, effective. Deducted one star for company policy, not Eric — there are two phases of service—mitigation and restoration. Mitigation includes pulling up carpet and removing baseboards, but if you end up not needing major restoration (to replace drywall or insulation), you have to put the carpet back in place, put baseboards back, caulk, etc.—or just assume you’ll need to separately contract their restoration services for those (fairly minor) tasks. Mitigation should include them.

Scott was the manager assigned to our project. He was such an asset in helping me select the flooring color and went out of his way to provide the flooring sample we selected. It was perfect, and we enjoyed working with him. The crew that worked on our job were professional and did great work. Scott is friendly, personable and was very helpful as the supervising rebuild manager. Couldn't be more pleased!

We had water in our basement following frequent spring rain, and I was very concerned about mold. I had great assistance by the person who answered the phone, and by the scheduler. They were able to send someone same day. Mario and Cesar were very informative, and best of all...they were incredibly honest and didn’t push work I did not need. They did a thorough inspection, and let me know that things were dry and mold should not be a concern. I appreciate so much having a company that stands by honest work. Thank you!

I truly appreciate everyone's help in resolving the rooftop leak I've been dealing with for several months. Fortunately, the roofing company Brookfield sourced was able to identify the cause. Wesley and Jacob were both excellent when they performed the final testing and remediation last Friday. I'm especially grateful to Colorado Cleanup for putting my mind at ease, confirming there were no lingering concerns after the water test conducted by AVI Roofing. This final reassurance was exactly what I needed to finally stop worrying about it. Wesley took his time to carefully take readings and explain that everything was in good shape. Jacob was also great to chat with, and I really appreciated how thoroughly he cleaned up, including vacuuming after removing the last of the protective plastics from my ceiling. Also, it was good to see that Wesley's bite wound is healing nicely! Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Colorado Cleanup—thank you to everyone involved!
