I had an incredible experience with this company considering how stressful needing a new roof can be. Alex basically held my hand through the entire process. From initial inspection to insurance claims, to second inspections, I never felt overwhelmed or left out of the loop. Alex fought the good fight with me for as long as it took. Unfortunately my insurance would not budge on coverage so I had to use a roofer that was more in budget with my out of pocket costs but I will still confidently and HIGHLY recommend Firehouse Roofing. I called Firehouse Roofing for a problem with my attic ventilation fans. Jake Arledge and Ryan Davis arrived promptly and checked the attic (it was 140 degrees!), then inspected the roof to ensure that the excessive heat hadn't caused any damage. They confirmed that the roof was in great shape, and said I'd need a licensed electrician to hook up the attic fans. They referred and connected me to a reputable electrician, who was able to fix the problem within 2 business days. The Firehouse guys were very helpful, they followed up to make sure I got what I needed, and they didn't charge me for coming out to assess the problem. I will definitely keep their contact info for the future!

Our house, unfortunately, got hit by a massive hail storm. We contacted Firehouse Roofing, and they were amazing! They scheduled an appointment to come out to the house and do an inspection. This is our first home and first insurance claim. They were phenomenal! The whole organization from start to finish were fabulous. I appreciated that they handled every aspect of our hail damage - roof, gutters, garage doors, AC unit, fence, windows, etc. They kept us updated every step of the way. Our main contact was with Blaine Snider. He was incredibly understanding of my night shift work schedule, and made all appointments that suited me the best. He kept in constant communication if there were any delays, next steps, and current progress. He was phenomenal to work with! I definitely plan to use this company again if we ever have the need! I would recommend them to anyone that needs help with damage, replacement, or an upgrade!

Alex inspected our roof and determined we had damage that led to a complete replacement. He met our insurance inspector and showed him the damage. Blaine was our contact person for scheduling the work. He was prompt in informing us of the times we should expect every step of the way. It was a pleasure to coordinate this project with him.
