Excellent Service! We recently had an issue with our thermostat that was affecting our heating, and technicians Kyle and Eddie came out to help. They did a fantastic job from start to finish! Both were professional, friendly, and really took the time to listen to our issues and concerns. They quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and fixed it efficiently. Our system has been running perfectly ever since—no issues at all. We’re extremely satisfied with their work and highly recommend this company to anyone needing heating or cooling services!

Very professional. Updates were frequent and informative. Technicians were very polite and they worked nonstop to keep on schedule. Torrential rain stopped them but we’re back the next morning to keep on schedule. They came up with a far better solution to the project.than the salespeople. No unnecessary cutting through walls and closets to do all the wiring and tubing. Only negative is why send somebody out to scope out the job when the actual work crew came up with a far better work plan. A waste of my time and theirs. Why not send the project manager with them?

We were getting no heat, but had hot water via an indirect tank. That meant the boiler worked fine, but one of the units controlling the valves or the circulator pump was bad. After careful troubleshooting and consultation with another technician, Casey isolated the problem part and bypassed it, since it was not essential to controlling the boiler (the whole set up, installed by another company was redundant and idiotic). This got us heat back and cost us less than $200. Win-win.

Nick was here for an estimate to replace my boiler and possibly add a mini-split. He was on time, knowledgeable about the work, and answered all my questions. Thank you!
