Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is my go-to service when I need heating or plumbing services in my 1912 house. They get what it means to have an old house. I count on them every time. I have never been disappointed. ____***____ The annual furnace check-up included follow-up with recent service calls because the combi-boiler/water heater by NTI was having problems a couple times during the year: no cold water. Gordon S. is someone who has come by at least twice. He knows us and he REALLY knows the NTI boiler/combi water heater. Much of the problem is diagnosing the problem. I like that, once one signs up for the protection plan, discounts are provided and an annual check-ups are low-cost or free. Every technician that has come to my home has been courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Brandon did a suburb job when fixing the water heater. He detected a gas leak and repaired it immediately. I cannot think of way I could repay him for his work and professional standards. Brandon also put up with my dad jokes. This endeared him to be a fun man.

They were very responsive, and very professional. He was very thorough in his explanation of things that needed to be dealt with on our furnace unit and was very responsive with later phone calls explaining the work needed couldn't be done as part wasn't available. they did get the furnace working enough to get us through until they could be back to fix other part.

One hour installed my furnace and central air years ago and has performed annual maintenance on both units every year since. Their staff is top notch and do excellent work. I have been pleased to refer them to others seeking repair work when their units had problems. Everyone that I have referred were very pleased with the timely response and the quality of the repairs done.

Chad was very personable and also looked in his truck to find a connection to my humidifier that the hose connection actually broke off due to the age of the connection, and found the most reasonably price to reconnect it to my humidifier. A + service all around!

I was informed by Cole my installer that the follow-up visit would fix my issue. He said that when they come out they will have everything needed to complete the thermostat install. Not the case during this visit. I look forward to this project being completed.

We started working with OneHour when our AC went out a few years ago. Centerpoint was weeks out. We called OnHour and they came within 2 days; fixed the AC and we signed up for their maintenance plan. Fast forward to spring 2023 and we found out our furnace had an issue/recall. We could wait or replace so we decided to replace. We also had an older water heater and decided to do it all together. Every technician was professional and punctual. Angie in the office rocks. She knows her stuff and is responsive and helpful. We had some adjustment issue with the furnace and water heater and they promised to make it right. The final fix came yesterday and we are so appreciative of the service and the accountability to customers. We highly recommend this company and the awesome staff!
