Salesman was excellent. Very knowledgeable and respectful of home. Answered questions and gave insight to warranty and services.
Jason Andrew did a great job of keeping us informed about his arrival, he arrived on time, and he was very informative during this maintenance visit. He did a good job checking out the heat pump, and monitored air flow, which was a first for us.
Weve always had great service with Jordan Air with our Heat Pump and our Hot Water heater very friendly.

Called before arriving and also sent an email with a photo of the technician. Matt was courteous and explained our problem and offered a couple solutions. Great company and great technicians.
Our main drain was clogged (anyone thats ever had that knows that absolutely nothing works to drain when that happens!) and all the other plumbing companies were 3-6 days out to come check on the problem but Jordan was here in less that 4 hours! I had no prior relationship with them and they came fast as lightning with extremely reasonable price and a friendly technician!! I would definitely use them again in the future!!
I would not recommend Jordan air for crawlspace vapor barrier installation. 2 hours and $1400 dollars later I have piece of plastic haphazardly cut laying bare in the crawl space. Seams are not taped, it does not adhere to walls, and bare ground remains visible where barrier sags over itself against the wall. Not at all what I was expecting from a professional job. When I asked why barrier was not sealed or fastened to wall I was told that was a different tier of service, which was not offered or discussed during initial consultation. This was particularly surprising given I was offered nearly 10k in additional services and options upon inspection. I had personally cleaned 95% of previous barrier and debris from crawl space. A few pieces of fallen insulation remained and it was just covered over with new barrier rather than removed. Additionally, the scheduler did not communicate the day the crew was arriving (because I never confirmed a date). To my surprise they called at 8 AM to let me know the crew was on the way. Rushed to make a quick decision I unfortunately proceeded with the service . I chalk it up to a pushy sales tactic.
So very disappointing. Charged me $158 for a service call to tell me what I already knew, which was that I needed refrigerant. Technician didnt have refrigerant with him, so he sent another guy the next day to tell me they would not sell me refrigerant. Claimed it was against their rules. Instead, he wanted to sell me a new system that I cannot afford right now. No worries, though. Another company was more than willing to help me out without any problem. Live and learn.
Its never a good thing when your AC goes out and its 95 degrees outside. We decided to call a few companies one night and just go with whoever could get there the soonest. It was Jordan Air, and we were not disappointed! They sent Chuck the very next morning and he was able to troubleshoot and repair our AC unit immediately. The pricing was right, and we will definitely be using this company from now on.
My AC stopped blowing cool air Saturday afternoon. I called Jordan Air office after 5:00pm, to my surprise a lady picked up my phone(sorry I didnt get her name). After listening to my description of the problem, she immediately made the assignment for a technician to come out the first call next day(Sunday). Zach came early in the morning, quickly identified the problem, got it fixed, and tested it to ensure the ac was working properly. Zach is very nice, thorough, and very patient to answer my questions. I appreciate Jordan Airs quick response.
They are always Professional, friendly, thorough and took all the safety precautions. I always recommend Jordan Air to anyone who asks for a reference! My technician was awesome!
