360 Comfort installed a Heat Pump for us. They were on time, professional, courteous, and left our place spotless each day. I would highly recommend them for this service if your in the market for a Heat pump.

I had a heat pump installed at my house in Nov 2022. The salesperson (Lucas) had great ideas where to install the outside and inside units. The installation technicians were awesome. They were very deliberate and precise in the installation. They did for me what no other heat pump company could even propose, that's why 360 won my business. They demonstrated the system features proficiently, cleaned up after the work was done and there was minimal disruption during my work day. I highly recommend this company for a heat pump installation.

The team arrived on time and were very professional throughout the process. They answered all my questions throughout the installation process, and made sure I was happy with everything before they left. We have had another company service our heat pump for the last ten+ years. When they were unable to find the source of our leak and seemed disinterested in pursuing the cause, we decided to give 360Comfort a call. Are we ever happy we did! We can’t say enough good things about Tom, the technician who thoroughly diagnosed and worked on our heat pump. Professional, knowledgeable, and experienced, he was able to isolate the source of our problem, identify a solution and gave us options. Tom took the time to explain what the root of the issue was and we have confidence in the fix. Needless to say, we now have a new trusted service provider moving forward!

Mike from 360 Comfort Systems came initially on Dec 6/21 because my heat pump kept icing up and not defrosting automatically. He worked on it for some hours trying to fix it and then decided the best way to remedy the situation would be to install a new defrost control board. The board was ordered. Because of circumstances with the supplier the proper board did not arrive until late February 2022. Today, on February 28, 2020 Mike was here, installed the board, refilled the refrigerant, and the system is working beautifully. I am happy with the service, and will use the companys services in the future.

Julie listened to the problem that I described and the issue was fixed immediately. I had asked for help with this same issue before and had no success. This time Julie did what I would have hoped would have happened after the initial installation. After reading the manual twice I had to google for more information and I knew something was wrong with both thermostats and that the heat pump should not have been running 24/7 since installation. Other technicians said to just set it and leave it which was incorrect and cost me a massive Hydro bill. Julie is an excellent communicator and knows her craft. Professional and polite.
