Adan Ramirez did another outstanding job on 6 March Adan did a complete annual maintenance check on my water softener. He found a frozen bridge in the salt that he freed up. He completed the entire job in a very short period of time. Adan has been my plumber over the last seven years and is one of the very best plumbers I have seen in my nearly 40 years as a homeowner. Second time Using Focus Plumbing: My upstairs shower's handle and faucet were accidentally knocked off, which created a leak in the wall and caused water to drip downstairs. I called Focus Plumbing, even though there are several other plumbers in my community. I was contacted within 15-20 minutes after calling their switchboard by Adan. He showed up within an hour and had ALL repairs done within an hour and 45 min. He went above and beyond to fix my shower and restore water to my house. Adan is an excellent plumber and I will definitely call Focus Plumbing again.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking for plumbing services. I have worked with 3 of their techs over multiple jobs needed within my home. Never had any complaints and they do a great job of walking you through the expenses and any possible hidden expenses that could occur, once the job begins. They have a great loyalty program which I love and would recommend being a member as well.

Today we had our tankless water heater replaced by Aidan. He showed up at the agreed time and started working right away. When he was finished he went over the installation, warranty paperwork & operation. I couldn’t ask for a better plumber to do our plumbing work.
