Our ancient AC broke in the middle of this awful heat wave. Everyone at Kagel's was so helpful and honest. We called in the evening and got an appointment for the next day. Tyler replaced the broken part and got the AC running in no time at all. We are so appreciative (and so are the dogs)!

Joe the tech today went beyond expectations. He paid attention and adjusted so many little things for my 3 year old AC, which will add up to saving money and more efficient comfort. It was the end of long hot day, but he was positive, energetic, and more than thorough. Another great experience with Kagel. (Replaced HVAC, new hot water heater, installed viral/particles filter that really works, maintenance.) Thank you.

Always a pleasure be taken care of by Kagels! We had Tyler (whos basically family) back for maintenance making sure everything was clean, and working properly. Always on time, communicates ETA, and very knowledgeable and professional. Never had a negative experience! Nice to always see familiar faces who know your HVAC systems!

Our system broke down in the middle of a heat wave. They came out on a Sunday and we had our system back up on Monday. Jason, Luke and David were all very professional.

Mark Scanlon from Kagels replaced my hot water heater. He was prompt and professional. It was a very efficient and clean installation. At the conclusion he explained the controls and showed me the adjustments. I highly recommend Kagels. They also service my heating and a/c.

We had two heater certifications Joe Lupinacci did a through inspection. I have been in the HVAC business for over 50 years and know Joe L knows how to do his job as a technician..Stan Blasczyn ps lets keep Joe busy call them for your Hvac needs. Heaters are due now for cleaning and service.
