I’ve been connected with Griffin for 3 years now. They take care of their customers with the ultimate professionalism and service. Today 6.22.24 I worked with Elizabeth and Mike. All went well. I forgot to let them know I needed the old faucet and toilet and they’re bringing both back to me . You really can’t go wrong with Griffin! In 2023 worked with Mark and Kathleen, today on my annual plumbing check up. I wanted a special pump to get hot water to my shower faster - he literally got the info on what parts were needed, gave me a price, wrote up the contract, got interest free financing for 18 Mo & installed the whole system Now instead of waiting 5 min for hot water and wasting all that water- I have it in 20 secondsand saving water These pumps should be code with these tankless systems. Thank You, Mark and Kathleen A very pleased customer - Tracy Update: James and Noah came out and placed pump in manufacturer recommended place under kitchen sink and now I have hot water at the kitchen sink and with 15 seconds the guest bathroom and within 30 seconds the master bathroom. I had a blowout of a replacement of a main shutoff valve on an early Sunday morning, big geyser of spewing water. Griffin has installed it less than a year ago. They answered their phone on Sunday (!!!) and were there in a little over an hour, stood by their previous work, and got it fixed. Jake overcame some serious setbacks - and got the job done. They stood behind their prior work and even though it took hours, it is fixed now.

Chris did a great job installing a new shower valve and trim package. Also fixed issue with toilet flapper.

James and Scott were very professional and helpful. They did a fantastic job, found our problem, and fixed it quickly. Elizabeth was friendly and helpful and walked us through the process over the phone. Overall, the team at Griffin made us feel secure and they took good care of our plumbing needs. Second time using this company to check preventative maintenance on our house. Jose was professional and friendly. He emailed a report of what he found and gave us quotes for work we will need to do in the future. Another good experience with Griffin Plumbing. Again, same great service!!! We definitely recommend using Griffin Plumbing. From the office staff to the technicians, all are very helpful, caring, and knowledgeable.

Griffin Plumbing, namely Sean and Mike, responded very quickly to our distress call on Thursday afternoon after a water leak alarm at the water heater pointed to water on the floor. They were there within 35 minutes and had the situation under control and provided a detailed plan and cost to repair and replace the system. 8:30 Friday morning they started work and were done installing a new system by 12 noon. Friendly, careful, considerate and professional in every way the two workers did an excellent job to meet our requirements materially and financially. I have nothing but good things to say. For the work done the price was on par with everyone else. But their service elevates them. No judgements only professionalism. Mark was amazing, especially as he had to deal with the wet ground and mud from all the recent rain. He did exactly what was asked and even suggested an improvement that didnt add to the cost. Mark is also a fisherman and gave me some good pointers on a local lake. So if you need plumbing work done call the Griffin and request Mark. You wont be sorry!
