From quote to completion, working with Rapid Roofing was a pleasure. They made what could have been a stressful process very easy and comfortable. They did two huge jobs for us; a complete roof tear off and new vinyl siding and trim. Both done with professional craftsmanship. Ryan Bottorff helped us through the entire scope of the project. He was very professional, responsive, and genuine. He was always a text or phone call a way if we had questions or concerns. Brent Miller and his team performed the roof tear off and installation. They did the entire job in one day and we have a large two story home with attached garage. Great work fellas. Alex and his crew (Chris and Scotty) are true craftsman. They did an amazing job with our siding and trim work and were very pleasant to work with. We couldn't be happier with the work done. We highly recommend Rapid Roof. Well done!!

I had a great experience. Derrick did an excellent job. I felt zero pressure and he was extremely knowledgeable. I am in the sales industry and I appreciate a great salesman. I would recommend the project manager not tag along with the sales guy. Although he was great as wellknowledgeable and informative...it was pushing over kill. This is not a negative on the project manager, more so on the process. I will recommend family and friends to this company.

Paul was very informative, professional, responsive, and helpful. He educated me on the ins and outs of roofing, allowing me to make a well informed decision about my roofing needs. His installation team members were all friendly, hard working, and professional. They worked for 14 hours straight the first day due to threats of potential rain. They addressed all concerns in a timely and efficient manner. My roof looks fantastic. I would, and did, recommend them to my family and friends.

Our roof needed to be replaced because of wind damage. RapidRoofing had a good BBB rating so I contacted them to repair it. It was a very good decision to have them replace the roof. Most of our communication was with Derrick Yates. My husband and I were pleased with the kindness Derrick showed us. His communication with us was top notch. He communicated with the insurance company and kept us updated on the process. He stopped by a few times throughout the process. It was so cold out and Derrick was out there taking as many measurements of the roof as he could. He had to come back later in the day to finish because of frost on the roof. His professionalism is impressive. Weather delay was the only issue we had throughout this process. (Unless you include the person who stole RapidRoofing sign from our yard to stop us from promoting their business). Replacing the roof and cleanup took less than 5 hours. Really impressive!!! An inspection was done. Derrick and Paul came over to see if we were satisfied with the outcome. We love our new roof and the great job RapidRoofing did. Our neighbors commented on how nice the roof looks. So I highly recommend RapidRoofing if you need a new roof.
