Buck’s crew did a FANTASTIC job on replacing the siding and roof on our house and shop after the hail storm. Their attention to detail, excellent communication, workmanship, and understanding in regard to insurance ridiculousness and difficulty was exceptional. And they were so friendly and courteous, and just good guys. :) I can’t recommend them enough.

Krumm exteriors completed a curb appeal upgrade to our home and a detached garage, covering the original wood fascia with aluminum. From my initial phone call I could tell the bar and expectations this company set for themselves was higher than any other builder or remodeler I have ever worked with. We had a full, detailed estimate days after the initial site survey. Throughout the project we were kept up-to-date with phone calls, emails and project portal access. And, Krumm was there for a full on site review of completed work and immediately addressed all of the questions I had . I will say that again; Immediately Addressed. I didn’t have to run them down because they work out of a van from Minnesota, Iowa or Texas. Imagine working with a local company with a fixed address. I was able to ask questions, interact with their office, foreman or crew, and was understood. And I understand them. I have only one regret; that I didn’t find them earlier. Our next project or upgrade I am going to save myself the undue frustrations of the past and call Krumm Exteriors first.

Our siding by Krumm team was done professionally. In spite of adverse weather, all employees were on job each day, and answered any question we may have had. We were impressed how neat the job sight was, after completion of project. A+ to all.

Needed a roof cap replaced on our metal roof. Everyone we dealt with at Krumm were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Krumm did an excellent job on our roof. At no point during the entire process was there a question about status, schedule, or materials. Julie was in constant contact with scheduling and notes, and was quick to respond when we had questions. If I had two roofs, I would hire them again in an instant.

Logan was a couple of minutes early and got there before the forensic engineer. He was there to help us after the insurance company sent out there 3rd party inspector who said we had no damage.

Josie was a huge help! Not only did she discuss the addition of a deck to our home, but she also helped us navigate other challenges we are having with our home.
