I recently purchased a Blazer EV and decided to install a hardwired ChargePoint Home Flex EV charger. I hired Asbury, to do the hardwire installation, and they sent Austin to complete the job. He did a very professional installation and then stayed to assist activating the charger through ChargePoint's app. As expected the app was being difficult but he stuck around and finally helped me complete the activation. Austin is an OUTSTANDING electrician and Asbury will always be my go to electricians.

I already left a very honest reply on Google for William the Generac Whisperer, and fully intend to use Asbury for all of my electrical needs in the future. I truly appreciated William's professionalism, courteousness, and ability to resolve the issues I was having with little actual effort on his part. I am not even sure what happened, as he was in and out in what seemed like seconds! I am truly amazed with how quickly he resolved my issue after his having already coming to my home last week for an in-depth diagnostic repair on my Generac generator. He told me there would be no charge for this visit, and I thanked him again for getting my generator back up and running like new again prior to the upcoming storms for this Friday into Saturday that could cause power outages in my area. Thanks again William, and I hope the games are able to go on this Saturday!

I needed help immediately because my chandelier was about to fall. The Asbury receptionist showed real concern, was very helpful and had someone out as soon as possible. The technicians were quick, upfront and friendly. Great company I will use them again.

William did excellent job explaining the procedure for installation of a transfer switch for a portable generator. William even helped me with reviewing the generator I had and explained the safest procedure to switch to generator power and then back to Dominion power. Very helpful and didn't feel rushed. After calling 6 companies who all told me they couldn't set an appointment until 6 days later, I called Asbury at the suggestion of a friend. They had Josh here within a few hours. Very detailed and professional.

Will and Jim did a fantastic job. They are knowledgeable and friendly and really gave me a comfortable feeling regarding the electrical panel they installed for us. Briefly discussed other electrical products that I am interested in. Cannot wait to work with this company again. So far, they have just sent a rep to our house to give an estimate on getting a whole house generator. I just thought that the man they sent was worth commenting on. I just want to say that William and Stephen are probably the most polite, hard working guys I've met in a very long time. I can't tell you how blessed and grateful I am, that they came to do everything they have done...AND with the amount of patience as I kept adding on to their plate. I'm happy I made those decisions, especially today. In my view, what they have done has literally saved a life. They found some serious issues with our old wiring, and I'm surprised my house hasn't caught fire with the amount of people that have lived here in the past few years.. Richard Smith and his assistant where on time very friendly and introduced themselves and ask what i needed done and to be fixed, he explained the pricing that i understood. they went straight to work and found many problems that i was not aware of also were fire hazards in my wiring system. I was very blessed they knew what to do and fixed it all and now i have my bedroom all fixed fan an outlets and all. They were awesome thank you so much for your service..

They came the day expected and did a fantastic job. The had a booklet showing the prices for each job. So there was go guess work, when given the estimate. They Had all the tools and equipment needed in the vehicle. Cleaned up after they were done. Received notification with a picture of both the workers, so knew what they looked like and who to expect. If I have another electric job, Id call them.
