Just had Matt the technician from Cook's AC and heating specialist give us a thorough one year tune up on our system purchased from Cooks a year ago. Matt was very knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. I received a call from Matt with a 30 min window which is always appreciated. I will definitely continue to have Cook's maintain the service in the future on our system.

Technician (Robbie) was prompt, courteous, thorough, and genuine. It’s technicians like Robbie that put quality into service. My kinda Tech!!

The guys that do the work are knowledgeable, and exacting in the job they do and I can't find better. This is why I put up with the the horrific and rather chaotic scheduling practices. Within 1 hour of placing a service request, the Call Service Rep had a Service Technician on site. The Service Rep was very receptive to my specific request. Service Technician (Robert) was impressive! Kudos to all involved in resolving my specific issue.

Ive been spending a lot of money for repairs on my old ac. Cooks repaired it with a good price, lowest in the market. After that, they suggested me to get a new ac unit that is electric saver. My old electric bill was $200+ from my old ac unit. But with my new ac unit that Cooks installed. Now Im only paying $90/month. Thats 24/7 continuous Aircondition. Cooks ac/heating definitely both have good reasonable prices for services and ac/heating unit.

They told us we could repair or buy new. Gave us a detailed explanation. We chose to purchase new. They have great customer service and have never failed to come out the same day even when I caused the problem. Highly recommend them for all heating and air needs:heavy_black_heart:
