The techs were outstanding and didn't stop until the job was done. They kept working thru all the problems that arose until after 9 PM. Couldn't ask for a better team!
Cook's are the company that installed my first unit and while the experience in customer service etc. was less than satisfactory the install was done well and the unit works perfectly. When I called them for our other property they gave me the runaround and finally just ghosted me. Disappointing but not surprising. Grateful however as that gave me the chance to use another company who proved to be awesome all away around.

Great job got my air conditioning going quickly. Everyone’s really happy that we can be comfortable in the house now. Had some great recommendations we look at doing those pretty soon too.
