Edit: we have been with Patriot since we moved here. James came to check out our maintenance that they do. We discussed some issues we noticed and he took his time going through and checking the issue. I highly recommend Patriot as they are professional. He will let us know the price quote to fix our issues. Very professional came in, checked our system discovered a part of our unit that may have been broken since we moved in. Fixed that and caught an issue with the fan. Explained thoroughly everything.

Turned out to be an easy fix with no other issues determined. Similar to one that had been completed several months ago, just on the opposite side of the house. Tech did a great job getting it done quickly and efficiently. 10-9-24 recall for what appeared to be minor leak. Unfortunately, no leak found. Still a complete and thorough inspection made. If same issue shows up again, advised to call back.

Don & Carlos trekked through our woods, found our leak in very rocky ground, made sure that we were aware of the cost before they proceeded, & fixed it for a fair price!
