Great, professional service. We had a leaky outside faucet from a pipe that had apparently frozen in the winter cold. Matt Stanil was incredible: he walked through every aspect of the job, explaining each detail accurately and professionally. We'll definitely call him again the next time.

Thank you to Mike Moshier & apprentice, Nolan, for their inspection & work at my house, yesterday...sink drains, piping & water turnoffs on sinks, toilets were improved. I appreciated, owner, Todd, for delivering items to upgrade the disposal & instant hot water dispenser. I recommend the "diamond club" membership that Allred's offers. Whatever recommendations are given to you, the workers put down in writing, the jobs & cost, so the homeowner can make decisions for priority plumbing needs.

I am having all my piping under the sink replaced and new emergency shutoffs put in and a new garbage disposal . It is a lot of cutting under the sink and dishwasher and a cabinet next to dishwasher . So far so good . One more day to go !!

"I called Allred's Plumbing after working with them at a client's home. They responded quickly to an emergency water leak, which required replacing broken pipes as well as the main water shut-off in the basement crawlspace. I called them again to a client's house when a contractor messed up a new shower faucet and control system. Mike's knowledge and experience is fantastic. My recent call to Mike was to work at my own house, to disassemble two sticky shower control systems, source missing parts (broken by another plumber), and make the control system operate like-new again. He found parts that the manufacturer doesn't make anymore, installed new valve controls, and left the shower in great condition. It took a few weeks to source everything, but Allred's office people communicated very well with me throughout the process, which is so important with service people that come to your house. "We chose Allred's after purchasing our new home due to past interactions with the company. It was a no brainer. They had done great work on the home that we rented for a few years and have continued to do the same on our new house. Our "new" place was built in the mid 50's and many corners had been cut over the years (plumbing, electrical, appliance installation, etc.). Mike and the team have helped tremendously with the identification of current and potential issues. The work that he has done on the place has been first rate and we always feel good knowing that the company fully backs up their work. No cutting corners for these guys. We also decided to go for the diamond club membership. I can see how people would be hesitant to pay monthly for a plumbing service membership, but boy did it help us out! Not only has it saved us a ton of money (member only discounts on just about everything) but they were able to fit us in this past Friday afternoon to fix our dishwasher. Poor Mike was here (with a smile on his face!!) until around 10pm as our frankenhouse kept presenting new and previously undiscovered issues due to the poor installation and/or cut corners from years past. Yes, it was pricy, but the quality of work done speaks for itself. Allred's isn't cheap. You get a small, family owned local business who cares about their customers. When I was thinking about converting our upstairs guest bathroom cabinet from one sink to two, my friend Lisa Key immediately recommended Allreds Plumbing. She has used your company for updates to her own house, and she was very satisfied with services. I first interacted with Alina, and although our phone calls kept disconnecting, she continued to follow up with me to get all of my information and schedule the visit. Mike and Drew arrived on time for the appointment, and Mike did a thorough job of explaining my options to tackle this project. Even though I don't know much about the plumbing in our house, he was patient and clear. When I elected a plan that would require a return trip, I spoke with Kathy to schedule that follow-up appointment. Knowing that my bathroom was going to be unusable and I had four young boys temporarily using my bathroom, she was able to rearrange time in Mike's tightly booked schedule to have him return as soon as possible. Meanwhile, my sensitive smoke alarm would occasionally start beeping when Mike was soldering. This always terrifies my small dog Evey, who typically hides in the same bathroom where Mike and Drew were working. When I heard the alarm screeching for the second time, I made my way to the bathroom to make sure Evey wasn't in their way. What I found was Drew sitting on the floor with Evey in his arms, comforting her as she trembled. If I wasn't already convinced, that sealed the deal that I had called the right company.
