Drew is really good at repairing and maintaining lawn irrigation systems! He makes sure that my system is properly set-up and running efficiently in the Spring. This lets me truly enjoy my lawn and landscaping, because they look beautiful all season.

Robert Our irrigation system had a lot of problems - poor coverage, bad heads, lousy design, and wasted a lot of water. We'd been using Castle Rock Sprinkler Service to do our annual startup and shutdown, and repairs every year, but this year we finally had enough and decided to fix things once and for all. John and his came out and did a bid that included a redesign - basically a whole new system. The bid was complete, detailed, and thorough. We signed the contract, and they got to work - a crew of three for several days. They worked closely with us to avoid hitting the dog fence or other utilities, and even though we had a lot of trenching to do to run new lines and move heads, they never hit anything! Our new system is wonderful - easy to use phone-based controller, that you can also access directly from the unit itself (unlike the old one). The system has great coverage, and with the new rotor heads should use a lot less water. John came back after the installation was done, and made adjustments and tweaks to ensure it all works perfectly. John and his whole team were great to work with, professional, friendly, and incredibly good at their jobs. Highly recommended!
CR Sprinkler Service is one of the most conscientious and professional local businesses I have worked with! They take pride in what they do and they always go the extra mile. Over the last couple of years they have helped with major repairs to our sprinkler system and they have taken care of our lawn. Everything looked beautiful at the end of last season. Recently they have completed a project to irrigate our vegetable garden, our perennial garden and all our freestanding pots. Can’t wait to get my garden started this year. Robert We are repeat customers of Castle Rock Sprinkler and they did our winterizing this past October. The technician (forgot his name) who came out noted a slow, slight drip after blowing out the system. Recommended that a plumber replace the valve if the leak continues after 7 days and was told that CSR would come back and blow out the system again at no charge. We forgot about it until about two weeks ago...obviously well past the 7 days. Called CRS and Sandy called back to say CRS would still come out even though their office was closed for the season. Tony came out this morning, as scheduled, and blew out the system. Special thanks to Sandra and Tony. Customer service at its finest, past and present, and we'll continue to use CRS.
Tony I got two services from this company, brand new sprinkler system and a complete new lawn. I will say, I am beyond impressed with the results and service they provided. John made sure I got the right sprinkler system and love having GREAT equipment and not cheap equipment that was simply billed to me at that great price. The lawn restoration has been amazing. My lawn was DOA and had lots of weeds. In a few short months, it’s now densely packed with green, beautiful grass. Worth every single penny.
John Gary did a great job for us! He listened carefully to what we needed to be accomplished and then explained all that he would do to meet our expectations. He installed new above ground copper piping and regulator and also new sprinkler heads in front. Very professional. Personable. Quality work. Came exactly on time. Gary I wish I could give more than 5-stars. I am a construction superintendent for a company who prides itself on great customer service. Well, I’ll be taking notes on how I was treated when having my sprinklers blown out. The technician arrived promptly and blew out the system. I paid, he left and I thought it was all good. He knocked on my door about 15 minutes later and said “Something didn’t seem right to me so I turned around”. He couldn’t figure it out so he called another employee. When the issue seemed to be beyond their skill they assured me I’d hear from the owner shortly. John Lane showed up at my house, after hours, and fixed my issue. With no additional charges. Communication, Quality, and Professionalism. I have found my sprinkler company. If you value outstanding service and quality worksmanship than give them a call.
