We called EZ Roof because of the high Google reviews and we are so glad we did! Javier came over to explain everything and he convinced us to file a claim due to storm and hail damage. He actually filed it for us and then met with the insurance company's adjuster at the property. The claim was approved and he sent me the necessary documents to get the HOA's approval. The roof was replaced in a timely manner and it looks perfect! Javier really went above and beyond to help us through this entire process! He is very dedicated to his job ensuring that his clients are 100% satisfied with his service and the end results. Esteban was very helpful right from the start. He gave us quotes, dealt with insurance, walked us through the process, and got the job done. I also appreciate the work done by the team at the office, particularly Ms. Jimenez, who worked with my insurance on the supplemental claim. Finally, the work done by Esteban andDigno Sanchez and the team that re-reroofed my house in one day by staying there for 15 hours straight was truly phenomenal. He contacted his manager for another price, but feel you must present best price first (as it reminds you of buying a car when the guy goes back to manager to change the price). Noe came out twice and spent a lot of time checking the mess my roof was in. They know what they are doing, and they explained everything. They were on time and answered all of my questions.
