It was a pleasant experience for an unpleasant situation. It was taken care of in a very timely manner, the price was very reasonable and the serviceman left the laundry room cleaner then he found it. All the work he did was explained to me after he completed it. I definitely would recommend Home Heating and Air Conditioning to any one needing a service done.
Kyle My extremely old gas furnace went out and my wife is pregnant with our first child so I knew I couldn't rely on space heaters for this Idaho winter weather. I got a few quotes around the area for the same new unit or other units that would work in my extremely old house. I wish I could remember the salesman and techs name, but they went above and beyond to ensure I got the best unit for my house and family. They also came up with the best system to install a furnace that heated the whole house instead of just the one room the heat would come out of originally. They also chose a system that could easily connect to A/C as well so id have perfect temperature control over the whole house and they definitely delivered that system. They were quick and professional even with the extra work it took to make it work in this odd house. Thank you all so much for comfort i never thought id have in this house!
James and Abraham did an outstanding job with our duct cleaning service! They were professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. They took the time to explain the process, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was done properly and cleanly. You can tell they really take pride in their work. Thank you Matt and thank you Home Heating and Air!" 02/05/2026 My unit is almost 20 years old. Matt took the time to explain everything so I would understand and answered all my questions. Per my request, he reached out to Tracy and he came out and we discussed the pros and cons of repair vs. new unit. I am very satisfied. I did not feel pressured or like I was being "up sold". Of course, because we are all (or at least I am..) "Google" HVAC experts, I did some research online prior to making the decision to replace my current unit. Tracy called installation and got me scheduled for a new unit the next day! I felt valued and heard, and that is a huge deal. I would highly recommend Home Heating and Air to anyone!! 02/06/2026-Riley and his partner (I don't remember his name) arrived at my house in the am as scheduled. They were professional, courteous, and friendly. All my questions were answered, the work area was clean and orderly, and I am very satisfied!
