Thank you Matt and thank you Home Heating and Air!" 02/05/2026 My unit is almost 20 years old. Matt took the time to explain everything so I would understand and answered all my questions. Per my request, he reached out to Tracy and he came out and we discussed the pros and cons of repair vs. new unit. I am very satisfied. I did not feel pressured or like I was being "up sold". Of course, because we are all (or at least I am..) "Google" HVAC experts, I did some research online prior to making the decision to replace my current unit. Tracy called installation and got me scheduled for a new unit the next day! I felt valued and heard, and that is a huge deal. I would highly recommend Home Heating and Air to anyone!! 02/06/2026-Riley and his partner (I don't remember his name) arrived at my house in the am as scheduled. They were professional, courteous, and friendly. All my questions were answered, the work area was clean and orderly, and I am very satisfied!
