Rick was conversational, in a friendly way, but not extended. He gave an extra measure of service by changing our electric furnace filter without our request and putting the date of change on the box. I am 87 years old and try to stay away from ladders.
Rick Rick came out to the house to repair my furnace this afternoon. The first thing was my pomeranian was attracted to him and she's normally timid around strangers. This told me he's a good person. He worked on the furnace and found that I need a new pressure switch. Most times repairmen tell you that you need a part but not specifically what it is if your a female. I felt he treated me like person not just another call. Thanks for sending Rick to fix my furnace and when the part becomes available I hope the repair person is just as wonderful.
