We decided to upgrade our HVAC system by adding mini splits to our second and third floors. Working with the team from Addarios enabled us to determine the best solution our needs. The installation crew were professional, courteous and friendly. They kept us informed daily about the progress of the work done and plans for each day. The worksite was cleaned each day. Finally, my wife and I were instructed in how to use the new system both manually and through WIFI. We are impressed with the ease of using the updated system. Thanks to Scott, Duke, and Chris and the entire Addario’s team. I highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.
We love Addario's. Super nice to us in times of need, and we have had need!!!!! Anthony also installed all new smoke alarms along with everything else on the list, and today came immediately to fix what needed fixing on one of them. We did pay what felt like a lot of money for all the work, but we did have a number of things done.
Excellent service from Addario's Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric Service. I needed a new kitchen faucet installed because of a broken hot water knob. Addario's plumber and son came down and inspected situation. Make arrangements for next day installment and fixed horrible leaking problem. Fixed next day with a new beautiful faucet. I am planning to have Addario's Plumbing for more household renovations. Excellent service provided!

After a pipe burst and I shut off my water, I scheduled an appointment online for the next morning, and Ed and Jake arrived on time, explained the services that needed to be done and how much it would cost before proceeding. Addario is my new plumber of choce. Although it was a small job (a leakng toilet) it was sending 500 gallons of water down the drain tripling my water bill! The Addario's team was FANTASTIC and super professional. The electricians have not completed their work, so I am uncomfortable leaving a Google Review until all the Is are dotted and the Ts crossed. Anthony was a great team leader and treated us as if we were members of his own family. He was patient and affable. Our experience with Addarios from sales to execution have been overwhelmingly positive. We will need to see how long it takes to finish the electrical and the efficiency of getting our rebate to close our project.

I Called Addarios earlier today for emergency service on my AC system that stopped working today. It was over 12 years old. Wesley assisted me and arranged for a tech to come out to my home. Kyle arrived a short time later and inspected the ac condenser unit and air handler and determined it needed to be replaced as soon as possible due to age and usage. I knew this was the problem. The parts will be ordered and the work should be completed before the end of this week. Maintaining an annual Addarios service plan gets you the customer preferred service calls before non-member clients. Its a good investment. Kyle came to my home, diagnosed the problem right away ( an old condenser) and suggested a replacement as soon as possible. Kyle was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend Addarios Services for all your ac / heating needs.

They came out 1 hour after I called! My technician Dwayne was the best! He got us up and running in no time. Anthony also came right out to discuss options for replacing my unit in the future. They were both up front and honest with me! I would highly recommend them!

My husband and I met with Anthony today to discuss a new heating and cooling system. We could not be more pleased. Anthony was straight forward and had a great knowledge for the products that were offered to us. We are very excited about the transformation we will be making from oil heat to gas.
