Needed emergency plumbing done, Hot water tank decided it had had enough and “tanked out.” Freedom sends their technician Abraham (if I remember correctly). Absolute professional and did a hell of a job swapping out for a newer HW tank and completed a custom pipe job all around enhancing the entire area. I know I’ve posted plenty before regarding Freedom AC & Plumbing but I have to reiterate that some of the technicians with this company, Abraham as of today, are true crafts/tradesman and I highly recommend and hope that the company knows how fortunate they are to have the technicians they do! Highly recommended!

Another good experience with Freedom Air. Bobby is the best technician we've had in years. All the techs are good, but some are terrific. The awesome tech we had several years ago got promoted and now we have Bobby. We will request him every time going forward.
Mike is very professional. He knows just what to do. He is very knowledgeable and knows just how to fix things that goes wrong. He kind and respectful and has a very good attitude about things and how they are supposed to work. And when I go to another place I will be taking his service with me that is how much I depend on his experience and knowledge he is always the best man for the job and will not have no other.
All we wanted was to find the source of our mold issue. Freedom air found it! Cory found the source and John cleaned, sanitized, etc. he worked so hard and did a thorough job! We are waiting a few weeks to see if issue is resolved. I am now feeling 100% better than I have been! Thank you Cory and John!

I truly appreciate not having to wait round all day for a tech to show up, especially when the AC is out and we are dying of heat exhaustion. They give a reasonable time frame for appointment 1-3 hours, and even give a curtesy call soon as the have a technician in route or if the technician is running late.
