Austin did a good job checking out the AC system telling me what he had examined and that everything looked good.

Garrett did a very thorough job with his mtce. visit, claeaning the leaves out of the outside fan was difficult. We're very pleased with his visit but had one suggestion for CC management. Williams Heating/ Air Cond./plumbing is offering us an annual contract to do what you do plus plumbing review annually for about $250 which makes us wonder about your fee of $456 for comperable work?

I had several techs came to fix the ac problem. They came on time and were very professional. My other ac doesn’t work on Sun so I contacted central Carolina again to diagnose/ repair problems because they are good.

Central Carolina Air saved me in this miserable Heat on Saturday. My house was 89 when I returned home after being gone for the afternoon and I knew I needed someone. Anthony Askins came to the rescue and replaced a part so that my air conditioner would cool again. Very nice and did a great job in the 98 degree temperatures. Came within 4 hours of when I called. Highly recommended!
