I have a maintenance contract with CCAC and this company have been very good and timely and getting the maintenance of the contract done for the year with professional and qualified staff .

Joseph MICHAEL from the plumbing department change my home because no water was draining from the house to the street that was creating a mess due to the back up downstairs including some flooding. MICHAEL worked classified hours to attempt to clear this blockage. If he was not able to clear this, the cost would’ve been an excessive $15,000 not including the fact that we would pound to relocate from our home.. After my hard work, he was able to clear the blockage and I keep telling you what a godson he is. He would not give up on the problem as you knew I’ll costly it would be he must be an elf of Sanchez. Is it truly was one of the nicest gestures anyone has ever done for me? I am handicapped, and he truly saved the holidays for us as we had a full house. He deserves Amazing amount of respect from his coworkers. Thank you for everything you did for us Michael.

Garrett I had several techs came to fix the ac problem. They came on time and were very professional. My other ac doesn’t work on Sun so I contacted central Carolina again to diagnose/ repair problems because they are good.
