The initial call was made on Saturday but Bo came right out and was able to identify & diagnose the problem quickly. It involved a new well pump which he was able to obtain & install the next business day. He has done work for me in the past & I have always been impressed with his knowledge & professionalism. We have been using CCAC preventative maintenance for our whole house for several years now. Each representative is always on time, professional and thorough with their work. We could not recommend them more. Our last visit was to check the HVAC system, and Anthony Askins was just amazing. He was personable, detailed, and comprehensively checked our system. After cleaning the system, it looks brand new. He deserves a raise! I hope he will be our HVAC representative again.

We have had some really cold weather and sadly some of our water lines froze. Chris was calm and very nice and just got the repairs done for us. He has a great demeanor to do this work and deal with the public. Central Carolina Air Conditioning answered my phone calls and questions and sent Chris our way. Lucky us.
