Last fall 2017: Willie M from Central Carolina Air Conditioning was excellent during the last scheduled maintenance and inspection of our furnace. He was very thorough; I stood there for the entire time to see what he was doing, and to ask questions. He took his time with me and the furnace, inspected and cleaned parts, replaced filters as required. He was extremely courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend Willie as a service technician, and would recommend this company overall. Excellent service every time. August 2018: David R. conducted summer maintenance on our air conditioner. He did this two years ago when we had just moved in in 95 degree weather and unit was not working at all. He had a sense of history of the unit, the problems reported with that model in general, and how those problems were overcome. He was excellent. We would like to request him each time our air conditioner is worked on. February 2023. Madison did a great job on maintenance of our furnace. She explained what she did and made appointment for our next maintenance. Very courteous, very professional. January 26, 2024. Matthew Hancock performed annual service on our furnace. In a word he was excellent. He was personable, very confident, respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. He showed up on time, and had read the history of our service calls with the company before arriving. Full disclosure: I quizzed him. He knew when the humidifier pack was changed out, and that I replace my own filters every 6 months. He did not mind me hovering over him to learn what I could from him. He showed me what he was doing and explained why. He took before and after pictures of various stages of work, ie cleaning burners and thermistor. He explained the new report format that the company has, and I must admit that the report is a terrific addition to their service, complete with photo documentation of temperatures, before and after procedures, and summary. He went over the new reporting format, and asked if there was any questions, and then suggested some questions I may have. I asked some what if questions that he answered. Excellent service. September 2024. Matthew Hancock again performed annual maintenance service on our AC. He again was excellent. He was professional, informative, and personable. He discussed the inspection of our AC unit, explained his actions, and invited me to watch his work and discuss any aspect of it, or to air questions. He provided an indepth report, complete with key photographs of our AC system taken during the service. He provided excellent service in all ways. Top notch. February 2025. Jamel Lindsay did an excellent job during the annual maintenance of our heating system. He was better than prompt (he was early). He was courteous and professional, and documented the stages of maintenance procedures with photographs and procedure sheet as which he would send me. He was completely comfortable with me hanging around to watch his work - more for my education and curiosity than anything else. I would recommend CCAC and particularly Jamel with full confidence.
Anthony did a great job with the routine maintenance of my unit. He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it in a professional manner. I was completely satisfied with the service.
Brian February2025 - Brian provided Heat Maint, was professional and completed walkthrough and communicated current status and recommendation for dryer vent cleaning. January2025 - service call for whole house plumbing to replace expansion tank and check some other areas, Michael Melilla arrived promptly as scheduled and walked through order request and provided professional and thorough details on what was needed and recommendations. Service was completed quickly and he made sure I was part of the walk through upon completion explaining and documentation of all worked provided. I really like the detailed document provided on every service. July 2024 - maintenance from whole house service (plumbing) Louis Fadar was 100% professional, walked through everything that the maintenance included, and provided a thorough assessment and suggestions for keeping the plumbing in good condition. June 2024 service renewal: Jamal is an excellent representation of Central Carolina Air. He is highly professional, verified why he was visiting to ensure we were aligned, and walked through all the questions that I posed about options presented for whole-house vs. just air and heating agreements. He was able to get verification on inclusions to help me make my decision for the contract upgrade. He ensured I had no questions or concerns about today's air conditioning service as he finalized the renewal contract. Feb 2024 Professional, Prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable, they provided details about all aspects of the system to support future decision-making if needed during the unit's age. I love the new policy of taking images of the unit, especially when it is removed from day-to-day visibility.

We could not recommend them more. Our last visit was to check the HVAC system, and Anthony Askins was just amazing. He was personable, detailed, and comprehensively checked our system. After cleaning the system, it looks brand new. He deserves a raise! I hope he will be our HVAC representative again.
