I score my recent experience as such because of the quality of the service provided by Brian Brooks. He is prompt, very knowledgeable, and looks at the whole picture so that I'm not calling back for something that could have been resolved or at least identified during a previous visit. He is intentional with what he does and he's going through the checklist with a clear understanding of how one item affects another. This is the kind of person that I want maintaining a system in my home. Thanks.

Matt has come out to help service our home twice now and each time, he has done a phenomenal job. From the quality of his work to his communication in calling issues/concerns out to us and walking us through what the process to resolve would be; whether that was something he could do promptly or if another appointment would be needed if parts were needed to perform the work. He helped us reset an uneven dishwasher purely out of having noticed it was tilted forward and most recently identified a leak in our hot water heater, which allowed us to schedule preventative maintenance with CCAC's plumbing team to circumvent an even heftier cost if it hadn't been identified when he was here doing an annual inspection of our electrical wiring (outlets, switches, panel, etc). If you want a one stop shop for your HVAC, electrical and plumbing with a solid team of experts where your home and family are genuinely cared for, look no further!

Rod Pratt, the technician who came to maintain my two furnaces did a great job and was extremely helpful. He knew what he was doing, and it was a pleasure to work with him. He did a fantastic job. He ensured all was working well and gave me pointers on how to check and see that they did well.

12/4/25 Scheduled maintenance check. I’m awful with remembering names but friendly technician. We shared a couple of baseball stories. Professional and courteous. Every service tech who has come out has been excellent. Kyle was the service tech that came out today and resolved our issue quickly. He took the time to explain the problem and how to prevent it in the future. Excellent! Orlando and his team installed our new system and were professional throughout. I had several techs came to fix the ac problem. They came on time and were very professional. My other ac doesn’t work on Sun so I contacted central Carolina again to diagnose/ repair problems because they are good.
