My Feb 2009 50 gallon gas water heater failed this morning Saturday (2/10/2024). Grateful it lasted 15 years! Called and had late afternoon weekend installation of new Rheem 50 gallon gas powered water heater with 10 yr warranty! Paul did an excellent job! He was very straightforward, communicative and went about his work in a very professional manner. Prices may be premium but I received a premium product with no nonsense service - so - very premium service in my experience! No complaints - I highly recommend!

I have not have many positive experiences with hiring professional repair associates in a very long time, but C&W Plumbing was a breath of fresh air and Robert Ake was simply the best and I actually had 3 projects that I needed addressed. He fixed and installed everything quickly, efficiently and was so respectful of people's fears with what has been going on with COVID. A tremendous professional that really knows what he is doing!

Steve and his assistant came to my house and did a very thorough inspection of my plumbing problem. He was on time, professional and left me with a good feeling to use them.

Our work today went extremely well. I can't remember his name, but he was thorough, extremely well qualified. I went outside to see how he was doing. He had just finished. I had two faucets I needed work on and I thought one would be rather troublesome. He thought he might have to break brick on one of them, but he fixed it without breaking brick. He was amazing. Response was faster than expected. Repair was better than we expected given our previous estimate from another vendor required taking down a wall. We even were allowed to choose our own parts that were cheaper for us a fit our taste. Sam was patient , courteous and good at his job. We will recommend to anyone that asks.

We've had experience with contractors ranging from small repairs to a home addition that doubled the size of our house. C&W is one of the best we've found. Quick and cheerful, extremely professional, thorough and just plain nice. By the time he left, Kory had refilled his excavation to our water main so well we could hardly tell where he dug to fix the leak. The cost was exactly what we expected. Customer service was excellent. We've used C&W before and will definitely use them again.
