I think it was Big Juan,( I'm terrible with names) . He came in reassessed the work to be done. I ask if he was ready for the faucet,got it out of the car and he started to work. He checked everything And started in the bathroom. He said he would need some supplies and would be gone for a while. He came back finished the job. Checked both installations even dish washer and then left. Very hard working courteous, professional and thorough. Appreciate his work and your service. Thank you
