Updated: Another outstanding experience with Dawson's. This time it was for my a/c unit. Will did a great job explaining the issue and demonstrating the part not working properly. I highly recommend this company for electrical and heating/cooling needs I used Dawson's in the past at another property and was relieved to have them do work at my new property. Charlie was on time, professional, communicated throughout the project and reviewed the paperwork. Dawson's recently added air as one of their services and I signed up for them to maintain my a/c system. It was perfect timing since I knew I needed to get an agreement in place but didn't know who to use. I appreciate Charlie explaining the other services they provide. I highly recommend them for any electrical work, and sure I'll be writing another positive review when they begin to check my a/c system.
William with Dawson’s Electric & Air was incredibly helpful and timely in determining the problem with my 93 year old Mom’s air conditioner. He told us he’d get us up and running and he did just that in a very short amount of time. Our day started out very stressed and hot, and before Noon, the air conditioner was back in service. Very grateful for the care and service with Dawson’s. Our first experience with this vendor!
Johnathan was amazing. He went over everything with me. Then he rearranged his schedule for the day to do the job. He was very professional and friendly. Pleasure to do business with. If I could give him a 10 star rating, I would.

Update- almost a year later and still 5 stars. Technician Aaron came out for a routine clean out and inspection of our (very old) AC unit. While inspecting, found water in our crawlspace and figured out how where it was coming out and how we can fix it. Very appreciative. Tim was very knowledgeable and thorough. We had alot of issues creating other issues and he was able to untangle it all and create a game plan that addressed everything. Had our maintenance call and Shedrick was great. Continued appreciation for Dawson's.

Curtis Aaron was great! Took his time to actually diagnose the problem. Instead of just assuming we were leaking Freon and needed a new evaporator coil he found no leaks. He was able to repair the unit in a few hours and we finally have working A/C. We will be using Dawson in the future and are even considering a maintenance plan given the level of customer service/care shown from multiple techs during the past few weeks.

Smoke/carbon monoxide detectors kept chirping in spite of new batteries. In the middle of the night, of course. Apparently they need totally replaced after several years. Called my usual electrician and left messages beginning last Saturday. Its Wednesday and still no call back. Chirping driving me crazy so did the Google thing for electricians. Dawsons had excellent reviews. I see why. A REAL human answered the phone yesterday and said they could come in the afternoon. Call back shortly after and said theyd had a cancellation and could come then. Hooray! Jim G and Mason arrived soon after and did OUTSTANDING job! Very professional and thorough and friendly. Highly recommend! Peace and quiet have returned. Buh bye to former electrician.
Jim and his associate were wonderful. They put in a surge protector for my house and get all the paperwork for me and a ceiling fan. Dawson Electric benefits from employees like them. Great job.

Dawsons Electric did a great job for us ... moving some fixtures, installing some new ones , and installing some state of the art integrated LED flat trim recess lights in our kitchen.
