As part of my maintenance agreement with Dawson, technician Keith Martin inspected my units and found several issues that needed attention. After thoroughly explaining those issues, he then made necessary repairs. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I feel very comfortable working with him and Dawson.
Bryant was on time, researched the issue, fixed it and he was so nice! I like the fact that the company sends email and text confirmation of your appointment in addition to the profile of the electrician coming to your residence. Update 5/5/2025 Mr. Poole was great! The construction and wiring of this house is questionable at best, Dawson’s electric has always been the one to get it corrected. Thank you guys!
My technician was really polite. He was very nice about explaining everything to me. He also gave me very helpful advice about the up keep of my unit.
For the monthly plan you should include some extra services, so that it feels more worth it, like including filters

Jonathan B was terrific! He came by to give me a quote on a new EV charger and to take a look at a few various electrical issues in my home. He handled all of it with the utmost professionalism and was very understanding when I told him I’d like to pay for some services now and others later. Keith was very good with doing the yearly (or is it bi-annually?) maintenance inspection. He is kind, and courteous and was able to explain, so i could understand, what all was done. He then only suggested what else could help to make it more efficient, explaining what might help to further make the maintenance/upkeep of our 7 year old HVAC system work better. (thereby hopefully longer) I said okay let's go for it! Yes, we do need to keep our HVAC happy so it helps to provide healthier air inside for us. He cleaned the wheel, put in a new UV light (good for 2 years), and added the smart assist device (warranted for 5 yrs) to get more from the system overall. Thanks Dawsons! Smoke/carbon monoxide detectors kept chirping in spite of new batteries. In the middle of the night, of course. Apparently they need totally replaced after several years. Called my usual electrician and left messages beginning last Saturday. Its Wednesday and still no call back. Chirping driving me crazy so did the Google thing for electricians. Dawsons had excellent reviews. I see why. A REAL human answered the phone yesterday and said they could come in the afternoon. Call back shortly after and said theyd had a cancellation and could come then. Hooray! Jim G and Mason arrived soon after and did OUTSTANDING job! Very professional and thorough and friendly. Highly recommend! Peace and quiet have returned. Buh bye to former electrician.
Jim and his associate were wonderful. They put in a surge protector for my house and get all the paperwork for me and a ceiling fan. Dawson Electric benefits from employees like them. Great job.

Dawsons Electric did a great job for us ... moving some fixtures, installing some new ones , and installing some state of the art integrated LED flat trim recess lights in our kitchen.
