Scheduled for an AC Tune up and had the pleasure of being serviced by Aaron who provided excellent customer service. Called before arriving, arrived within designated time window and provided updates as he performed the work. Will make sure to use Dawson’s in future services. Edit #1 22Apr26: Called Dawson’s for an Electrical evaluation of the home and had the pleasure of being serviced by Issac. I was contacted before arrival, he arrived within the designated time window provided to me and as soon as he arrived he greeted me and asked me if he’d like to go over what he would do as part of the evaluation. He also addressed a few concerns that I highlighted and questions I had for him. Very friendly and courteous. Once the evaluation was completed, he went over all the images he took of the various things he looked at and readings around the home. He went over the whole home evaluation and it was able to provide me with peace of mind that the home is being properly maintained. Will continue to use Dawson’s in the future! Edit #2 27Apr26: Called Dawson's for an AC Tune-Up and had the pleasure of meeting Connor. As always, I was contacted before arrival and Connor arrived within the designated time window and introduced himself upon arrival. Connor was a pleasure to talk to, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Once tune-up was completed, he mentioned that everything was running appropriately and made recommendations to keep the system in top shape. As always, have Dawson's has provided great service!
