Isaac was very careful to check all areas of our house for any electrical issues during the inspection. He explained any concerns clearly and the options. He took care of some unexpected services that were included. What a friendly and service minded technician! We enjoyed having him in our home and appreciated his expertise.

Aaron with Dawsons Electric is like having family come in my home to help me with my concerns. Aaron knows it everthing with HVAC systems. He is not one that tries to sell you on something extra or expensive rather he explains options, results and offers time to think about it . He patiently listens and answers questions along the way. I know that I am making a good decision, when I ask "what would you do for yourself or your family in this situation"? Aaron is an honest dedicated specialist that I know when he answered my question , I was doing exactly what I knew that I needed. It was not based on price but on outcome. I will continue to use Aaron with Dawson's Electic until that day comes when I am no longer a home owner. Updated 3/25/2026 Landon came to our house yesterday to do the spring check on our AC system. He was extremely thorough and found a few issues that we were not aware of. My husband and I commented after he left that we were so glad that we decided to use Dawson's for our HVAC needs. And with the Peace of Mind agreement we will have a significant discount when Landon comes back to fix the issues he discovered. Updated 2/16/2026 Jonathan Baker came to our home the other day to do our 6-month Peace of Mind inspection. He has been to our home quite a number of times now and he is so conscientious that when I call Dawson's to make an appointment I always request Jonathan. When he came to do our inspection, as usual, he went above an beyond. As he came into our home he commented on the light outside our front door. The glass over the light was dirty and so he took it upon himself to remove it, clean it and put it back in place. He also needed to replace an outlet that was going bad. Since our home is a new-build (2019) my husband and I have been of the opinion that we still had several years to worry about anything going bad. Jonathan took the time to explain to me some things to look for that could indicate electrical issues. He also shared some pics that he took of other "new-builds" where sloppy work caused early issues. I really appreciate all that he does and Dawson's is now not only our go-to for electrical needs but our HVAC as well. Thanks Jonathan! Updated 3/27/2025 Mason McLean came to our home to do the six month inspection under the Peace of Mind Plan that we have with Dawson. He has been to our home before and as always he was professional, friendly, and very competent. We are quite happy with Dawson and Mason. Updated: May 1, 2024 My husband and I purchased a generator and our neighbors across the street recommended Dawson, as they had taken care of their generator. We are so glad they did. Jonathan and Mason were outstanding. They paid close attention to details and gave our existing electrical box a thorough examination before they even began the generator work. They were great about answering questions and making suggestions. They were very knowledgeable and professional and also genuinely nice people. We also took advantage of what they call their Peace of Mind plan. For a small monthly fee you can have Dawson techs come to your home and take care of so many things such as changing light bulbs, cleaning ceiling fans, and much more including discounts on parts and service. I absolutely recommend this company. Updated 6/19/2023 Used Dawson once again and once again had Jonathan. We are planning to change out all of the contractor grade ceiling lights and replacing them with much nicer, white (as opposed to the yellow) lights and also including a dimmer. Can't wait. Dawson's provides fantastic service, and my husband and I are so glad we found them. Curtis, our electrician, is first class and let ud know exactly what our issue was and what needs to be done. Dawson's are the only call you need to make when having electrical issues. Update 3/2026: Once again, Dawson's has provided incredible service. On a Friday night, after business hours, our heat pump stopped working. I sent Dawson's a message through their website and I got a response that night, in less than an hour. Within half an hour of responding, I had an appointment scheduled for first thing Monday morning, which we very much appreciated and felt very lucky to get. Our technician was Keith M, and he is like every other Dawson's technician we've met, professional and an expert in his field. We agreed to their estimate, and to our amazement, Keith adjusted our cost to be lower than originally agreed upon, which Dawson's did not have to do given we had already agreed to their original price. This is why we go back to Dawson's every time we need electrical or HVAC work done. We trust them completely.
Jim G. came out to install two new flush mounted ceiling lights and a new doorbell system. He discussed different options for me and after agreeing on the price, he went ahead with the work. I am very pleased with the work he did; everything looks great! Jim did an excellent job of protecting my floor while he worked. He cleaned up and vacuumed as well. He also did an electrical system evaluation as well as providing some estimates for renovation work I plan on doing this year. This is the second time I have used Dawson’s Electric. I will definitely be using them for my future electrical projects. This is a new review, different from above. On 2/26/2025, Jonathon B. came out and replaced four outdated light fixtures with new LED, Slim Line recessed lights. The new lights look great and provide much better lighting than the old fixtures. He also installed a countdown timer for the exhaust fan in my upstairs bathroom. This is the third time I have used Dawson's for my electrical needs. They have provided me with excellent service each time. I will continue to use them for future projects. On 12/26/2025 Jonathan B. came out to perform a yearly service check. He and his coworker checked all of the outlets, the electrical panel, tested replaced all batteries for smoke and CO detectors and cleaned the ceiling fans. He sent me a detailed report that included pricing for some future work I plan to have done. As per the last three visits, this company has provided great customer service and excellent work. 03/19/2026 Nicholas R. came out to replace my downstairs bathroom exhaust fan. He started the install on 03/10/2026, but realized after performing the drywall cuts that a water line was preventing the correct fan placement. He ordered a newer model that would fit under the water line and returned with that model on the 19th. Nicholas completed the installation and did a thorough clean-up job of my bathroom. Dawson's always does a wonderful job when they come out to perform any work. They will not say a job is finished until you are satisfied. Also, the technicians who have come out to my residence, Jim G., Jonathan B. and Nicholas R. have all been friendly and provided great customer service! Give Dawson's a call for any electrical service you need.
Keith and Thomas arrived early within the given time frame on 3/17/26 to do the checkup/maintenance for our heating&cooling systems. Keith had been here before so we knew he would provide the maintenance to keep our system running smoothly. He asked me to come out to show me why he would recommend a deeper cleaning on the coils(?)in the HVAC. He showed me and explained thoroughly what it should be doing and what it was actually doing. Yep. It needed a further cleaning. The cost was discounted because I have their monthly Peace Of Mind option. Thanks Keith for your attention to detail and for taking care of us!
