Jacob serviced my AC units today, & though a newer employee w/ Family, he was extremely knowledgeable polite, friendly, & efficient. Juan did a great job! During a regular maintenance visit, Juan replaced a Start Assist on my A/C unit. Juan also showed me how to spray down the A/C unit. Juan is my preferred technician! He first came out two years ago when I needed a 2nd opinion, and Juan put in a new Electronic Control Circuit Board. I highly recommend Family Heating and Air, an excellent company!
