Never felt the high pressure sales techniques, after the diagnostic, all issues observed were discussed, with options and recommendations, but all decisions were left for us to decide.

Tyler Juan did a great job! During a regular maintenance visit, Juan noted that the blower motor was weak. He put in a new Blower Start Assist and 2 new connectors. Juan also showed me how to relight the pilot light on my water heater! A year ago, Juan put in a new Electronic Control Circuit Board after mine had gone out. Juan is my preferred technician! I highly recommend Family Heating & Air, an excellent company!
