Very punctual, followed the maintenance inspection with detail explanation !!!!! Dean Explained EVERY STEP IN DETAIL. Great people skills, knowledgeable on both units/ outside & Under House.
It’s our 6 month update time. Danny was quick , efficient and knowledgeable. The new system that is about a year old was humming along. The original system ran as good as new. All excellent!
Trent was exceptional in going through the system, and explained the maintenance inspection fully. He was very respectful of our home.
As always, Anthony Hoilman did a thorough, professional job. He explained what he did and how the system was operating. He is the best and the person I always ask for. Steve Meisinger
Mike P is amazing even gave the outside unit a bath . He is the best employee yet and I have had some great ones from air experts. He couldn't have been more thorough. Great representative of the company . Do yourself a favor and hire Air Experts, you will not be disappointed!!!
UPDATED 03/31/2026 ANTHONY DORIA provided the professional, personable, and prompt service, which we have learned to expect from Air Experts, during contracted, seasonal, and scheduled maintenance of our HVAC cooling system, hopefully, to be ready for this summer’s heat and humidity. After a thorough testing of the electronics, coolant pressures, UV disinfection light, and drain, Anthony thoroughly cleaned the coil and inside the entire unit, as if it were his own. Although a new employee at Air Experts, he demonstrated his prior experience and care. UPDATE 12/12/2024 Excellent service, as usual, by Preston, tonight. We called at 7:30 this morning with 59 F degrees on our thermostat. Promised that between 4:00 - 6:00 PM a technician would arrive at our home. At 5:30 PM, we got a call and a text that Preston was on his way from his last call in Hillsbough. Preston arrived at 6:00 PM, and he was as cordial, professional, and efficient at the end of the day, as if it were first thing in the morning! He explained everything that he’d done and left our home toasty with a long drive back home ahead. UPDATE 11/11/2024 On Friday, the supply line to the ice-maker refrigerator developed a pinhole leak, and I discovered how fragile the old cutoff valve was when I tried to turn off the water, stopping the mess quickly. I called Air Experts and Plumbing late on Friday afternoon, and an appointment for first thing Monday morning was secured, because the cutoff valve held, despite its fragility and considerable age. Luis Hernandez-Tejeda arrived on time, today, gave us two options, and explained clearly the differences. We chose the less expensive option and he left for a local plumbing supply store for the correct parts for an installation, requiring a little work under the house in the crawl space. Luis installed the new, stronger cutoff valve efficiently, cutting off the whole house’s water supply briefly with little inconvenience to my wife. During his visit, Luis was friendly, professional, and informative. We could not be more pleased! Now, if only we could get the appliance repair at another company to be just as responsive, efficient, and courteous as Air Experts!) UPDATE: Today, at our first scheduled preventative maintenance, Technician Austin Summerlin performed a thorough inspection of our gas pack’s A/C system and answered all my questions. Impressed again by my new company, I also signed a yearly plumbing contract today due to the efficiency and thoroughness that I’ve seen. ***** [Again] My previous HVAC provider just merged with Air Experts this month, and I knew nothing about the company. I called today, when both of my carbon monoxide alarms went on the blink. Customer service representative, Carlyle, quickly confirmed a technician to set up an appointment for later this afternoon. Senior technician, Koy Bancroft, arrived as promised after the phone call and text message to provide his name and photo. Bancroft arrived, wearing a mask, and covered his work shoes immediately with booties before heading inside to inspect the carbon monoxide alarms. He found permanent batteries, but discovered replaceable alkaline batteries, which we replaced. With that initial problem solved, Bancroft explained to us that a maintenance contract would be honored and then proceeded to conduct a preventative maintenance more thorough than all our previous experience from the programmable thermostat in the house to the ductwork in the crawl space and all the electrical readings, pressures and temperatures of the gas-pack itself, as explanations were provided and our questions were answered! Professional, courteous and friendly, Koy Bancroft impressed us and gave us the impression that Air Experts would provide great service in the months and years ahead to maintain our loyalty.
RJ had installed our water heater last year and was back today for the free 1-year check up. Like the initial install, he was prompt, courteous and professional! I’ve used Air Experts for our HVAC maintenance for many years, but when had to replace the upstairs and downstairs HVAC systems (after 18 years,) the HVAC installers noticed the water heater was leaking / rusting and conveniently able to coordinate having it replaced later that day.., and to note, it was a train wreck from the previous install. Very happy to now use Air Experts for both needs!
