Just had baseboard mini-splits installed upstairs. Great group of installers, professional, courteous, clean, timely and listens to the customer. I am a 20+ year customer and find the company to be honest and fair priced. I also always find the scheduling staff friendly and accommodating.

Unscheduled AC repair - end of day - (aren’t they all?). Jessie was dispatched - he was professional - efficient - explained everything in detail as he worked and discussed options. Part replaced - and system up and running in no time. I have used A Perfect for years - first time with Jessie as a tech - highly recommended!!!

we appreciate the timing to get the part and fix the issue with the weather being what it was. we also understand it appeared we had to pay a premium for the part due to availability and having it purchased thru other means to get the heat back up and running
Chris they came in explained what they were going to do, and great plan, polite guys and concerned for me and my home. replaced old furnace with exreeme cold weather and my home only dropped 2 degrees. Thats how quickly they did the job.Very neat. And a great furnace and air conditione. Highly recommend

Chris The short review is: Excellent The longer review: We had our furnace installed by a different company (who shall remain nameless) around 10 years ago. We'd stuck with that company as the furnace was under warranty, but there were a few issues over the years with servicing that caused us concern. In October, our furnace stopped working while I was away and my wife called the company for repair. They came out, spent 4 hours, said it was fixed, charged us and left. Four days later it broke again with the same error code. I called a friend of mine who was concerned with the install, but he's not a Lennox technician - although he got it working temporarily, he recommended we find another firm. Luckily the first company I called was A-Perfect Climate. Over the course of a few days their Technicians took a look at it, and had some suggestions. Then the owner, Mike, came out to take a look - how often does that happen these days? They worked hard to try and fix it, and had the manufacturer on the phone. While we could have bought new parts, I made the call the replace the furnace as it hadn't been installed correctly, had a few issues over the years, and cold weather was coming. The very next day they came and installed the new furnace. I was also grateful to see the installers were clearly experienced (when the previous company installed they looked like they were just out of high school). They took a few hours to get the furnace installed, correctly wired the thermostat (which also hadn't been done on the previous furnace), and we again had a comfortably warm house. I have nothing but thanks for Mike, Tommy, John, Kevin, and Elvis who worked to make sure we had a working furnace before the holidays.
