David The tech, Jesus, was very professional, thorough and took the time to explain everything about my A/C’s condition. He answered all my questions and ask about any concerns I might have.
Jesus Just had heat pump installed in 2021 and he tells me my condenser or capacitor is almost at the end of it’s life. I guess things could break or wear out but seems odd.
If I owned a business, Jesus is the kind of person I would want representing my company. He’s knowledgeable, articulate and personable.
Jesus Charles with Swann helped me diagnose a leak in my house. He was very thorough and went over all my options. They also come after hours. Update: 4/21/25. Juan Herrera installed a new Nest thermostat for me today. He made efforts to test the old one to make sure replacement was necessary. He added a wire to prevent needing batteries in the future. They gave me a great deal because I am a Samm member. Highly recommend!
Charles showed up on time and provided a more than fair estimate. He was able to get the work done perfectly as well as let me know about some upcoming work I will need to have done. Excellent job all the way around!

Muhammad Technician was really professional and did a great job. He was very kind and was really able to help me out with a thermostat issue.
Once again, Michael and his co-worker were very professional and very informative. He apologized for the mix-up of steel pipe vs plastic pipe. He went above and beyond by calling the office to verify the City of Garland Inspectors are working on Good Friday so I can hopefully have hot water by tomorrow.
Michael Today 04-17 i had Brandon come here to install two(2) new 20amp outlet in my upstairs bedrooms. he did great work and was very good to talk to also. Troy & Isaac did great work and explained to me what had to be fixed. Thanks to both of them Vinny

David Austin did a tremendous job! He was persistent and worked until he was successful in releasing the highly corroded shower valve. He also replaced the toilet valve pump system. I highly recommend Swan!
