The service technician that came to our home was very courteous, puntual and professional. Our home was freezing, but the technician made sure to thoroughly check and diagnose the issue. I came home from work on a frigid February day to no heat in the house. I called multiple companies and Energywise was the only one to even pick up the phone. I was doubtful that I would be able to get same day service but was pleasantly surprised when they said they would have someone out within an hour and a half. I was texted a picture of the technician who I was to expect which I appreciated. Brian was punctual, polite, professional, and most of all clearly knowledgeable. He had my heat up and running within a half hour and made sure everything was in good order before leaving. He also provided some suggestions to maintaining the system but did so in an informative and not pushy way. I will be using them again soon.
