Only reason for 4 vs 5 stars is initial communication via the chat (in itself was fine) did not convert to a follow up call. I had to call back when I got no response. However, once we did connect, everything was 5 star from there. I would use them again without reservation.
As always Sinclaire is appropriate, helpful, and efficient in servicing and detecting possible preventative solutions. Though I was just scheduled a maintenance call, Josh and John found I needed a condensation pump and vinyl tubing replaced which was done in conjuncture with the same service call. Very helpful! Had AC unit inspected. Tech told me everything is working well now as my AC system is only 3 years old, but that I might want to consider replacing the condenser in 2 years as 5 years is generally the timeframe for optimum performance of a condenser. Tech gave excellent advice on other options I might want to consider in the future.
The service tech explained all the work he was doing and also helped me decide on a service plan going forward. Great job.

Showed up early, found problem and fixed it fast. Knew what they were talking about, Fixed it and did not tell me I had to do an expensive replacement, trustworthy.

Sinclaire serviced our AC system last week and we were impressed with their quick response and great service, explaining everything as they went through it and helping us evaluate options.
