We hired the Sinclaire team to replace our 40 year old first floor gas fired HVAC system as the A/C had stopped working and was too old to repair and replace its thermostat with a smart one. We also had them replace the thermostat of our second floor HVAC system with a smart one. We also had them replace our 13 year old gas water heater. We were extremely pleased with the entire crew including office staff, estimator, HVAC technicians, plumbers, and electricians. The work progressed exactly as promised and was performed with care and and attention to detail. Everything they installed is working perfectly fine and we couldn't be happier with the results.

Since installation of my mini-split system, John and Bob (owners)have provided quick and detailed responses to my questions or concerns. In addition, they assisted throughout a bathroom renovation/expansion in the designing and construction phases. Every time that a service technician appears, he comes with foot coverings and a load of patience for my questions. I recently decided to give both my heating and HVAC maintenance contracts to Sinclair, knowing that I’m in good hands.

Sinclaire is awesome. Been using them for years. They tell you costs up front and offer other items after so you are aware. Honest and they do a thorough job. Nice to know they do electrical now in addition to hvac!
