Showed up early, found problem and fixed it fast. Knew what they were talking about, Fixed it and did not tell me I had to do an expensive replacement, trustworthy.
Workman ship excellent, People were courteous and knowledgable. I thought the charge was kind of pricey. I had to pay for the work being done in addition to having to pay a service charge.
I really appreciate the team. Knowledge and talented pros that get the job done with quality being important.

I had called to report that our HVAC system had stopped responding to the thermostat. A convenient appointment was promptly scheduled. The technician arrived on time, having called ahead as well. He was friendly and professional, quickly diagnosed the problem (a short circuit in the low voltage wire near the condenser caused by a rodent having gnawed on the wire insulation), effected the necessary repair, and confirmed return of the system to normal operation. The charges seemed reasonable. I was quite pleased.
Sinclaire consistently provides a superior service experience. The Sinclaire HVAC technician was early, explained his approach and after servicing very thoroughly discussed the service, how to mitigate future issues, and in what circumstances to call if I experience further problems. He also shares ways to improve future services and potentially reduce costs. The tech was very professional and polite, i very much recommend Sinclaire.

Sinclaire came out to look at my system and give me an estimate for yearly maintenance. They were very professional and informative. I will be using them for yearly maintenance and any other issues that may arise.
Sinclaire serviced our AC system last week and we were impressed with their quick response and great service, explaining everything as they went through it and helping us evaluate options.
