The Sinclair team was out to replace our failed furnace. They showed up exactly when they said they would. I’m terrible with names, I think one was Steven. Both members (every person I’ve ever had interaction with) were extremely polite and friendly. They went over the process and went to work. They cleaned up completely after day 1 and finished up on day 2 when they said they would. I am so glad we were introduced to Sinclair when we moved and would highly recommend them.
Will was my AC service person on 4/15/25. He was thorough, shared information in a way that was understandable, and was very pleasant and personable. He listened to my concerns and explained procedures and prices and made excellent recommendations. The technicians that came were David and Brandon. They were both courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were neat, quick, and thorough, and left the work areas as neat as before the work. And Bob who called to arrange the appointment was very helpful, and handled our scheduling needs with a caring attitude. Good experience! got a heads up the tech was on the way, tech was famiiar with my equipment, and he suggested I replace the flame sensors due to erosion, showed me the parts, and explained to me what the issue was. Paid with his tablet computer. Quick, friendly, and efficent.

Sinclaire serviced our AC system last week and we were impressed with their quick response and great service, explaining everything as they went through it and helping us evaluate options.
