The first thing is that Jeff came on Christmas Eve to an emergency and handled it with such professionalism and knowledge. His return trip was several weeks later to put in a expansion tank. He was prompt - almost to the minute of when he was supposed to be here and completed it on schedule. He has a wonderful personality and I enjoyed talking with him.
