Jake Excellent service. They were able to replace our hot water heater same day. Very friendly and knowledgeable on the phone and in person. Ricky and team installed a tankless water heater in our home. Ricky initially came out to look at our existing water heater as it appeared to have a slight leak. He proposed a few options and the prices were very reasonable. After deciding to move forward with the tankless water heater, Ricky and team were on time and worked tirelessly to get it installed. As previous experiences with E.R. Plumbing, service was outstanding. That were very efficient, courteous and professional. Prices are also very faiir. November 2024 - we had water coming up through ground next to foundation. Called ER Plumbing and they were here the next day. Jaxson diagnosed the problem at the connection between the well line and water line into the house. Jaxson was able to complete repairs within 90 minutes. Great job by Jaxson and Thank You! William and Nixon were great. I asked for an estimate to install a water bib in my garage. When the estimate came in it was too high and William went the extra mile to get the price reduced to an acceptable amount and was then able to start the job right away. The job was well done in a timely manner and William was most professional and friendly, taking time to explain the steps in the process while accomplishing them.

Gordon I have used ER Plumbing for close to 30 years, and I have never had a negative experience. Their service technicians are always courteous, respectful, and very professional. Service is always prompt. Yesterday I had my water heater replaced, and I want to give a huge thumbs up to Taylor Schofield. He did an excellent job removing my old water heater and replacing it. Not only was he fully professional, but he communicated clearly with me, he worked promptly, he went above and beyond to clean up, but he is a really nice young man. Another good experience with ER Plumbing!!

E.R. Services had someone here in under two hours. Leonard was extremely professional, courteous and respectful of the property and ensured the repair was completed satisfactorily before leaving.
They are timely on coming out to give an estimate but they do not follow through. Called to stop running water in bathtub faucet. It needed a new faucet cartridge. The technician said he did not have the part on their truck. Said they would get back to me. I called another plumber, sent him photos of the faucet and he came out and fixed it the next morning. I did not hear back from E.R. for two days. When I did receive the estimates from E.R. to replace the cartridge it was higher than I paid the other plumber to fix it. I do not know what the quality of their work is as I have not had any plumbing work done by this company. Their follow through after coming out to give estimates is lacking and all their estimates I received for plumbing projects are very high.

Service was absolutely amazing they came starting with the phone call to them very helpful in dispatchthey came at 11:00pm and fix my issue fast and speedy the technician (joe) was very knowledgeable . Reggie was prompt and courteous and reviewed the co.'s rates before beginning the replacement. He worked quietly and efficiently, and when he had finished, offered to take our old disposal away for us. And he also answered all of our follow-up questions. Leonard was very nice and polite. He localized the problem and fixed it efficiently. He had to work in a crawl space so he took pictures of the before and after so that I could see the work. He's also rectified someone else's bad installation job. I am very pleased with Leonard's work. On the other hand, I had explained in details my clogging issue to the receptionist (shower P-trap clogged by grout and needing a new P-trap) so that my assigned plumber would come prepared. She's only passed the message as "clogged bathtub pipe". Leonard had to pause a moment to make sure he had the right parts to fix the problem. This unnecessarily adds to the stress.
