Jon was fantastic. Incredibly professional but also a delight to talk with. He inspected exactly what we needed and walked us through everything he saw. He also was very knowledgeable and fun to talk to. The physical report was very prompt and nothing inside it was a surprise since we had walked and talked through everything. Everything was documented with photos for a fantastic reference.

Jon provided a thorough and detailed home inspection on the house we are buying, his report was 54 pages that included photos and a complete analysis. The quality of this report is the best I have ever seen, and this is my 7th home I’ve purchased in my life. He also provided this thorough report in less than 24 hours. Jon at A-Pro was, well, a true pro. He was prompt and clear with communications re all aspects in advance, then showed up promptly on time and got thru the entire inspection thoroughly by the time we showed up for the recap and walkthru. He got thru a ton in a short amount of time, but balanced details and priorities well without drowning us in too much detail. His report was comprehensive and clear with cautions around what it could or could not cover or speak to. He was courteous and comprehensive as well. We would recommend him to others!

I had the pleasure of hiring Jon recently and I have to say him and his company are awesome. Booking online was easy, I received a follow-up call quickly to confirm my time and location. Upon meeting at the property he set expectations (and exceeded them) on what to expect and walked us through everything he saw. There was snow on the roof so he proactively stated he would return when the snow melted to complete the inspection and the video from his sewer inspection was corrupted. He proactively returned to the property the next day and re-scoped the sewer and completed the inspection of the roof. The detailed report was available soon after. The whole time keeping us updated. His commitment to high quality service, and communication was/is amazing! My friend also joined us briefly on the inspection who is also looking to purchase a home got to witness Jon in action. The feedback I received later that day from my friend was "My relator has recommendations for inspectors but, I saw Jon in action I'm going to hire him." (I'd say that's two 5-star reviews!)
