Halo was able to schedule my repair for the next day. They arrived promptly and within the quoted time window. The job required a sump which was not in the van. Halo did not charge for the trip time to procure the pump. That was a nice surprise. Jose was able to get the pump, return and finish the job within a couple of hours, total.
