First time using the Air Max Plumbing service. Jeff(I am embarrassed to say I have forgotten the other gentleman) were prompt, friendly and, above all, competent. I am very pleased and will recommend without hesitation.

Contracting with AirMax was one of the smartest things I could do to protect the investment in my home. A month back my wife was concerned that we were not getting AC flowing on 2nd floor. AirMax after hour support talked her off the ledge and had her change settings on another zone to get airflow on that floor. They also notice I had an bi-annual check-up and would be out the next week to double check the systems. Lief arrived on time, was very efficient and took the time to explain the system in detail before he left after his maintenance check-up and cleaning. Having a contract with them has put us at ease.

Eric did a wonderful job communicating and following up. He coordinated meetings and information exceedingly well. Some lag time between steps in the process. Very responsive and professional.

Leif has always done a great job whenever at our home. He has correctly diagnosed issues that were sometimes missed by other techs. He is courteous and thoughtful in discussing what his diagnosis was with us. I’m always happy when he responds to our service calls. 5 Stars!

Cody was our technician and did a fabulous job! He found a series of mistakes and unfinished work that was never completed when another company installed the units 3 years ago! AirMAX is hands down the best HVAC service I have EVER used. They had a technician out within 2 hours of calling. The technician, Brent, was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He was able to get my AC back to working order in no time. Would 10/10 recommend AirMAX and Brent to anyone and will absolutely do so in the future!

Andrew, the technician, did a great job of performing a cleaning & check- up of our AC. He informed us that everything looked great & for extra safety we should add a strip to the inside unit to prevent buildup and problems from occurring. Eric received a cancellation in the beginning of his day and contacted me an hour in advance to ask if I would like to have him come earlier which worked even better for me. He showed up right when he said he would and was very easy to talk to. He diagnosed the issue and presented a solution very clearly and quickly. He also sent quotes for three different levels of air condition replacement within the day and got both of my air conditioners running in the meantime.
