Last week, we needed a replacement our electric water heater. Tommy came to the house to give us a quote. We had 3 other companies do the same. Tommy, with Clog Busterz, search for all the savings that he could find, including Military Discount, to give us a great price. 30 - 40 less than the other companies. Dakota Schmidt and his apprentice came to do the install. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I watched the entire install. Dakota and his partner asked me lots of questions to make sure that they installed the water heater and the pipes exactly how I wished. They even installed additional shut off valves, I requested. They, also, cleaned the work site after they completed the job. Tommy, Dakota and apprentice, Thank you gentlemen. A job very well done.
Dakota and Travon were an awesome team! They showed up earlier than we expected them and that was wonderful because we wanted to get things going. They were friendly and yet professional throughout the entire day that they were here. Dakota always explained exactly what was going on and what the options were and involved us in the decision-making, but of course we deferred to him as the professional.. He explained ways that we could save money on future projects and made suggestions for things that we were trying to make decisions about. . All in all, my husband and I felt very confident that we were getting an honest assessment of everything and that the work that was being done was up to code. A big plus was the friendliness and the warmth of both men. The next time we need something done in the plumbing of our home, we are going to call and request Dakota for sure and hopefully Travon could be paired with him again as they made a great team! Last, but not least, I was surprised at the reasonableness of the cost of all that they did! Hope that they can keep these rates steady.
Mr Robert Thomas is the man !!!! He came out and in under an hour had our clog situation taken care of. I had another plumber try 3 different times and couldn’t get it but Mr Thomas done it!!! Thank you so much. I look forward to doing business with you guys again.

Josh and his helper Tray were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, honest and efficient. They also cleaned up everything afterward without a trace. Another employee Dylan had been here on one occasion a few days earlier. I told Josh that the toilet was not reset when Dylan left as I did it myself. They said I should not have had to do that and immediate recompense and apologized for it. I would definitely recommend them. They are always super friendly and make me feel like they will fix anything come what may!

one of my pipes broke underneath my house after the temperatures reached below 20 recently. I had a pretty bad water leak and my house is old and has a lot of weird piping sizes. Brandon came out and was able to assess the problem quickly. I had called two other plumbers but no one could get to it but Clog Busters was able to get to me the very next morning even making a special accommodation to come early due to my work schedule. they fixed the problem quickly and solved my issue even finding a water leak that had probably been there for a little while. I will definitely be using them in the future for all my plumbing needs and I'll be recommending them to all of my friends as well as my clients since I'm a Real Estate agent.
